Look, I LOVE Jersey Mikes sandwiches, BUT… this location has the LONGEST WAIT for drive thru I have EVER experienced.
I’m currently writing this review while waiting in the drive thru because you know, I have LOTS of time. Seriously every time I pull up to this drive thru I pull up YouTube and finish a video or two. Even if you’re the only car in line, it takes longer than any singular establishment Ive ever been to. Literally, not hyperbolically.
One time the wait was SO long, I had my wife get out of the car and go inside because I had already seen a car PULL UP - go inside - get served their food (I saw through the window they checked out) - go back outside - and LEAVE… I already ordered! Before them! Holy cow it’s crazy how consistently slow this drive thru is. My wife’s sandwich got made first inside btw, so I drove forward picked her up and we left. Unreal. Idk what’s wrong, but something can be fixed I’m sure of it.
PS: as I’m writing this review they just came to the window and had the wrong sandwich for me, had to remake it… that’s never happened to be fair, just a one off that could happen anywhere. And the kid at the window RYAN, younger kid Short blond hair, was great. He did everything you can do to make it right.

I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to simply follow instructions and make a sandwich accordingly. Won’t be going through the drive thru again because you can’t rely on them to get the order right. I asked for no mayo and to do light oil and vinegar on the sandwiches and to add pickles none of those instructions were followed. I guess in the future I’ll have to go inside to ensure my order is right or go to the other layton location.

I really like Jersey Mike's. My recent experience was not a good reflection of what someone should expect.
Three of the subs we got Mike's Way and they literally drenched the subs to the point of the bread being immediately soggy.
Took longer than it should've.
The customer in front of us had their sandwich prepped wrong. Overall they were just off with everything.
