Worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to. I don't know where they found these window lickers who work here but they're the worst. Never listen to the order, always wrong, lack of toppings and burnt bread. They just suck.

The amount of ANYTHING you request can vary. I asked for "extra Jimmy peppers," the screenshot I'm including is the actual amount of peppers they put in our sandwich, MINUS the peppers I removed before the screenshot was taken. They also put on too much oil and vinegar, but, usually it's the right amount, and they are really good at this location.

Bomb sandwich and service! I don't usually leave reviews btw. Ordered online and had a bit of a wait for delivery cause they were super swamped. Called twice and got Katie (hope that's right) both times, she was on it and took care of me. She let me know what was going on and answered promptly, great service ? Props as well to my delivery guy and the whole crew who sent me a killer sammy and a free cookie for my troubles. Gotta go with the Hunter's club, ez lettuce and ez toms, add mustard and Jimmy's peps, reg Jimmy's chips and a fountain 22 diet coke. Will be back for sure, thanks again guys! ?

I would LOVE for the owner to reach out and explain why he feels it's ok to attempt to refuse legal tender, just because he's concerned about counterfeit currency. It's STILL legal tender endorsed by the US treasury, and frankly it's not his place to refuse such. If you have issues, then buy one of the many devices out there used to detect fakes. Section 31 U.S.C. 5103, entitled "Legal tender," states: "United States coins and currency [including Federal Reserve notes and circulating notes of Federal Reserve Banks and national banks] are legal tender for all debts, public charges, taxes, and dues." This statute means that all U.S. money as identified above is a valid and legal offer of payment for debts when tendered to a creditor.

First off- it smells SO GOOD in here!! They do have a sign that says "Free Smells," and it does not disappoint ?Why is Jimmy John's superior? Their bread. Period. Their bread is the absolute best, freshly baked and ready to go. My sandwich hit the spot. I recommend!

Trying to redeem a birthday sandwich, order goes through, I show after close and they still hooked me up
Their machine wasn’t accepting my tap to pay, so I had to run out to my car to get my other card. Again….. their problem not mine. But, fine. So I come back in with my card right away and the freaking lady makes me wait behind three people before she helps me again. That’s pretty messed up. She should’ve helped me right away.train your employees better. It’s not rocket science working at jimmy johns……

Sat in the drive thru lane while the employee took the order of 2 cars in the other lane as I sat there waiting ...They need to hire some competent employees.. will never try again .. long wait line , not worth
