We sat in the drive thru line for thirty two minutes, the manager supposidly forgot to put in our order, come to find out they 86’d half our order due to running out, we come often enough to know that this happends every other time we come, its the same couple items that we order. For a manager to set this example to their workers is astounding and the asian man who helped us should replace the manager in duty. Theirs no reason that every time we go our food takes upwards of 15 minutes every single time. It doesent matter if its a premade soup, a sandwich or even french toast. Every. Single. Time. The manager has made no effort to make things right other than giving the food for free. Set up new training and priorities for your location and track your ticket times and maybe your store wont spend more money on comps than labor costs.

Ordered soups and a sandwich to share. When we got our soup it was cold. Not even luke-warm. I took it back to the counter and they offered to put it in the microwave for us. I felt stupid for paying so much for meal like that. No more Kneaders for us.

French toast good but cold, ham and egg and cheese sandwich excellent, sourdough bread great but they didn’t have butter at 9:00am and the front desk lady was super off putting, maybe have her work on customer service.

Kneaders used to be a good and cute place to come to, but it is just old looking and sad. There was only 4 soups to pick from and there were no valentine decorations or fun gifts. The food was ok at best the soup was from a mix and I can get a mix from the store. Sad to see how run down it is. This will be the last time for me.

I've been going to Kneaders for so many years and they just continue to go downhill. Today, I ordered the Tuna on hazelnut. It tasted as horrible as it looked. There were hazelnut SHELLS, not nuts - SHELLS. Cmon now kneaders, you need to step it up.

Kneaders has a new sandwich! It has grilled chicken, tomato, avocado, and red onion with a cream cheese ranch spread! You can never go wrong with the pastries as well! Everything tastes amazing! The place was clean and organized as well!

Don't waste your time or money at this place. Ordered an eclair and turkey bacon avocado sandwich and.....look. Hardly any turkey and barely any bottom bread to the one side of the sandwich... For $18. No thanks. Do not waste your time here. Overall Kneaders doesn't deserve any starts.

omg I can’t explain the nostalgia I receive walking thru the kneaders gates. As we watch the “pretty” (Maya) sunset and share the caramel cheesecake (that doesn’t even taste like real cheese‼️🤔) (wait wait bring the parenthesis back she says in a “good way”) and chocolate eclair that doesn’t even taste like poop‼️‼️‼️🙌🙌 accompanied by a caring staff who brought us our car keys when maya foolishly left it st the front desk after making a horrendous scene trying to pay for the meal and losing in the end (But that last sentence was a prank she actually paid cuz she’s so rich and awesome and like has a million dollars!🤑) (maya) 5⭐️

And not one person has walked up to the cashier inside the whole time I’ve been here and no one has greeted me at the window. I’m about to leave. I just don’t understand the hold up.
