I’ve been going to this location for years and I have never been more disappointed. The Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich used to be huge with a lot of turkey meat on it. The turkey even tasted dry and hardly had any sauce. And I paid over $12 for this!! I can go to another sandwich shop and get something of more value and quality. They downed their portions and increased their prices. Ridiculous. I don’t even think that I’ll be coming back.

Just went through drive through, the chicken salad sandwiches were literally thrown together, with barely any chicken salad on them and one wilted piece of lettuce on each, no dressing for either salad, they were bone dry for $45 drive through…. DO BETTER! Ridiculous.

Found a hair in my sandwich. The lady at the front asked if k wanted another. Um no! That's gross. I was offered a bakery item but no refund for my sandwich I didn't eat. 19.00 down the drain. Probably won't be back

Kneaders goes big with everything and they are expert bakers. I had a breakfast croissant with egg, ham, & cheese; it was amazing. I added a little raspberry tart for dessert and it was fabulous; thick layer of berries, thin layer of crème. The service was fantastic.

Stopped here for a quick sugary treat. I had the gingerbread mummy cookie (Halloween special) which was delicious! They had a decent variety of fresh pastries that were all eye candy to us. Unfortunately I was too full at the time to get more than one item. We ordered at the counter, took a seat at an empty table and waited about 3 minutes for them to bring our dessert out. It was almost completely empty when we went on a Monday evening! I hope to return to try out their sandwiches and soups.

Short staffed when arriving, needed help. Then threw young girls got off break together and helped. Young girls were more consumed with breaking together than waiting on customers.
Oscar our server was amazing helped me with my rewards and had a fantastic personality.

Sat in line for 10 minutes behind a single lady just so I could pick up bread. Do you not know how to prioritize orders in a drive through? Tell her to pull forward if it’s going to take forever. Literally every other drive through on earth has this figured out. Pissed me off so bad that I took extra time for this review since my time was already wasted anyway.

This is such a lovely place. The employees are really great. I was in town for a few days and needed a place to do computer work while my partner worked on the base. There was only one electrical outlet in the dining area, but they helped me have access and were very accommodating. The wifi is fantastic. A wide variety of baked goods and the coffee is nice. More than anything it qas really how wonderful the staff was. I will definitely try to come back for more of my partners work trips. When will Kneaders head to the East Coast?
