Hour and a half wait, No customer service. Really downhill. Got there around 6:30 and there were 3 employees and zero pizza. At all. they told me as well as about 12 other customers there that it’d be 20 minutes. Everyone there waited an hour to an hour and a half while these employees ever-so-slowy wandered around looking for what to make and what goes to what order. I’d rather just go somewhere else than spend my night being mislead that a Hot N Ready pizza will take 20 more minutes than it should, and then finding out it’d be 90 minutes of waiting.

10.25.25 My son had a football team meeting and asked fot pizza. Used the app to order fast. 9 pizzas and crazy bread. They were ready pretty quick. No problems. Go get sum.

The service and atmosphere of this location were the positives. Unfortunately the food was absolutely trash. The hot and readies were old and stale. Should I have check them before purchasing? Yes. Will I next time? Absolutely! Absolute waste of money this time around. I tried to call the restaurant and let them have the opportunity to make it right, but the automated system just keeps hanging up on me.

There is a reason this location is so badly rated, it is severely understaffed and I had to wait an hour for a pizza I had ordered online before coming. Other people said they were waiting even longer than I did. I also saw one of the girls in the back touch her hair and then go right back to making a pizza with no gloves on.🤢 The only saving grace was that the cashier “Risa” was really nice and apologized profusely.

This is the friendliest most courteous Little Caesars in northern Utah I regularly grab lunch here. The crew here is always smiling and super courteous. They are always happy to make my Italian cheese bread the way I like it (with a ton of parm) and fresh out of the oven. They even walk it out to my truck in the parking lot no other lunch place does that thanks guys

Daughter went to pick up hot n ready. Came home and opened box. The girl at this location gave daughter day old pizza. Hard as a rock. My daughter said she asked for some sauce and girl didn't charge my daughter for the butter garlic sauce knowing she was giving my daughter old pizza. Girl told my daughter she can have more sauce. What the heck??? Horrible location. Lazy people run this location!! Should be ashamed!!! Would give 0 if possible
Bruh literally better off getting digorno from the Walmart next door. Order 2 pizzas, got 2 discs of hard over cooked bread with little cheese and sauce. Like what a joke, raise the prices lower the quality

Maybe it's because you're not super busy, but you'll bring my pizza out to the car because I have to wait 8 minutes for a fresh-made EMB Pepperoni?? Yes, please!! Literally was refused service when they still had 30 minutes left open. As well as I saw 3 pizzas sitting there ready to be bought. I think the night crew wanted them for themselves. Never coming here based on that interaction alone.

Little Caesar’s is a hit or miss, sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s not, but our girls love little Caesar’s pizza, so we always come back! Just keep them good!
14 Feb 2025 - Got a few cheese pizzas carry-out. First one was flat, hard, and overcooked. Not a good first impression. The other 2 were not as bad, but none had sufficient sauce or cheese on them. Crazy Bread was good, sauce was cold, but that is normal from what I remember. The guy that checked the order out was very nice and prompt however, and the store was quite clean.
