Being fluent in English , I was baffled to hear how “the white boy getting a hot and spicy.” Was so hilarious.” Listened to them make fun of my simple order and took 20 mins for a 10 piece nugget and a hot and spicy.

This location is not well kept. The lobby has never been full when we've gone, but tables are dirty and the floors are sticky and dirty. Bathrooms aren't cleaned either.
Doors said open until 11 but doors are locked at 9pm

I don't expect 100% accuracy from mcdonalds, like, I get it - you're busy, it's a hectic job, mistakes happen. I can even laugh it off when the replacement for a mistake is a second mistake.
That said, this location managed to screw up the drive through order, the replacement, the replacement for the replacement, *and* the final "will you just come inside" replacement, questioning us about our receipt (which we were not offered) all the while and acting like we were trying to scam them. All we needed was a double hamburger/only ketchup and a bacon mcdouble lmao. We ultimately left with like 3 mcdoubles, two double cheeseburgers and finally the desired double hamburger.
Tl;dr holy Hannah just go to like 2080 N main or something instead, at least they'll only goof once.
I don't normally give reviews, when you sign up for fast food you pretty much know what you're getting. But today, I make an exception. What a terrible place. I ordered a meal deal in order to get the cheaper price, and the manager literally would not allow me to do it since I opted not to get a drink. So now I have the pleasure of paying extra for getting less stuff! What a joke of logic. What kills me is they showed me on the LCD screen that it was the meal deal price, and whilst I was in line rolling up to the window to pay, they changed the pricing for my order.
I have a water bottle, and feel it wasteful to use additional cups when I have a drinking vessel on hand already...
Also, the food seemed to have less flavor than normal? The hash browns seemed good but the sandwich was very bland as if it was missing some ingredients in flavor...

I ordered in the mobile app and went through the drive through. It seemed like such an easy process. OH NOOOOO. I got to the window to pick up the food and they gave me someone else’s order. I called and asked to get a refund for my actual order, and they said they would only give me cash and not refund the card. I mean you have a mobile app and let us use a debit or credit card, but can’t refund the card that was used!?!? Ridiculous!! This is not the first time I’ve heard this same exact issue. I thought I would give this location another chance, but they just proved why I will not be going to this location any more.
