this place can never get yout order right .a bunch of kids that obviously can't read a simple order. I was just there this morning and they messed up again. I ordered and payed for sausage basket with cheese add ham .these kids put just ham and cheese with no sausage. every time I go to this place the mess it up . I guess it's my fault for thinking people get payed to do a job and can't seam to ever do that job right .

Driving through the McD's is exactly what you have come to expect. But, the burgers look less like burgers and everything slowly gets smaller while increasing in price. I hadn't been to a MacDonald's in a while. Inspired by Michael Scott I got a fish filet. $4.69 and it was comically small. The bun was a cartoon version of a bun. I seemed like bioengineered bread. Will MacDonalds still be around when my kids are my age? I don't see how.

It's been 20 minutes waiting for food that was supposed to be to go. Don't bother. Go to Gentile, Clearfield, or Kaysville. This isn't the first time some crap like this has happened. Not sure how it has 3 stars.

Update: Cancelled my mobile order twice. Had to go through the drive thru and waste more time.

Update 7/12/24: I think I'm finally done going to this location. They always forget something whether it's just straw one of your food items or sauces just drive the extra mile to gentile.

Update 7/10/25: The sticker showing the changes to my item is clearly there on the box. They didn't bother to read it.

McDonald's normally has an outstanding level of performance; nevertheless, this location has gravely missed the corporate standards of excellence. After about a dozen visits over four weeks this establishment consistently never had the simple product everyone loves, ice cream.

I feel sorry for the locals.
I also think everyone should avoid this franchise.

Tried to order food during breakfast rush hour and they could only serve burritos because they were cleaning the grill? Like seriously ? Every single day and minute this place has an excuse or make you wait 20 minutes to get your order. Take the next exit and go to that mcdonalds this one needs to close and lease its building to someone else. Fire the night crew for not cleaning it or hire better managers this place has consistently tucked for the last 4 years.
