Extremely rude. When we asked a question we were rudely refused a valid answer and were told to leave and cancel our orders.

We asked the employee in the drive thru if we could put in three mobile orders. They rudely refused we then told them that we would be okay going through more than one time and she refused to serve us and told us to cancel our orders. Horrible service.

This angry lady told me to go away at the drive thru because we asked a question. Please fire that angry lady she denied me service because of a simple question
Me and my friends were trying to sit down in the play place where there is other adults sitting and we just ordered and were ready to eat and the manager yelled at me and my friends saying we can’t sit in there and told us to get out, we did not do anything and we’re very respectful and we got kicked out for no reason. 1/5 star would not recommend don’t come here under any circumstance

I went through the drive-thru and ordered that $9 app meal and a couple sandwiches, right? They only gave me my nuggets. The line was way too long to go back through, so I went inside. I’m standing there for like 12 minutes, and everyone is literally just staring at me — not one person asked if I needed help.
Finally this guy comes up, and I’m trying to explain what happened since the cashier didn’t give me a receipt. I tell him I got the $9 meal deal and he goes, “We don’t have that meal.” I said they do on the app, and before I can even finish talking, he looks at another worker and, WITH ME STANDING THERE, goes:
“Am I not speaking clear enough English for this girl? Am I not speaking plain as day? She still can’t understand anything.”
Like??? I wasn’t even being rude. I told him that was unnecessary and asked for his GM’s info because that is not how you talk to a customer.
He tells me to come back tomorrow to talk to the GM and that he has the right to refuse service… after they already took my money. Then he just walks off while the other employees are laughing and ignoring me.
I sat there another 15 minutes. Other customers were coming in missing items too,
Eventually he comes back and suddenly wants to “try again” and be nice, but at that point I was just done. I finally got my food, but seriously… I’ve never been treated like that before. And he looked like a supervisor — black pants, black collared shirt.
I’m never going back there again. That whole experience was insane.
Gives new meaning to the phrase, junk food. I had a milkshake that was as liquid as a Coke and a medium fry that was filled only halfway through the box. The Mc rib sandwich was terrible. Sorry, nothing good to say this time.

3rd time in a row, shame on me. Ordered a no 7 breakfast and NO sauces were provided, I had asked for Mild, and this time no receipt. Won't go here again

Even though I went through the drive thru, I got the best service from Jordan! Smiled and was very caring and professional, really cares about me as a customer and I'm glad to see this McDonald's stepped up it's game from before. Keep up the great work Jordan! 5 stars today!

SLOW! slloooooooowww. my average order time is between 7-8 minutes. NOT FAST FOOD. dirty tables every time i’ve been here in the last 2 months as well.

I know when you go to McDonalds you never expect much, it’s bottom-barrel fast food like “who cares”. But to be so honest, 4 times in a row of going to this specific McDonald’s and they somehow forget 2-3 items off my meal every single time. Frankly nothing I say or do will ever change the quality of the hires or their work ethic my only hope is to deter people from wasting their time, and money, at this unfortunate establishment.
Awesome play area! Three levels and two slides! “Best one yet” says my 8 year old son. We have been going to a new McDonald’s for the last few weeks so ‘best one yet’ means “out of the 5 we have been to in the SLC area this one is the best.”

I ordered the limited gold McCrispy burger and they only delivered it to me with bacon, it was in combo and they didn’t give me the soda. I also ordered a Mc chicken not spicy and they gave it to me spicy
