I’ve been going to this location since I was 6 and I can say is this place has gone down tables always disgusting went in the bathroom and i would rather poop in a national forest port a potty the go bathroom here the urnal looks disgusting like someone had a peeing contest to see how full it got the toilet area was covered in toilet like none of the employees cleaned it. None of the kiosks are running had to go up to the front to order took them 15min to come up to the front. This McDonald’s needs to get their act together this is ridiculous

Okay, not only do the employees slack off and play video games during work hours, but (at least for me) I ordered a mccrispy. However, they only gave me a single bun. How the crap do you guys not know how to do your job. You had one job and failed at that. I don't know why half the people that work here even have a job. However, all these things happened during night hours, and the people who work during the daylight hours tend to not have these problems.
Parking: Can't leave if busy, and if you go sometime after 6 pm, they will mess up your order, no exception.

I just went to McDonald's on Gentile and ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle combo well I got my hash brown out and it was not even warm it wasn't even nukewarm it was cold and disgusting tasted awful. So if you have a choice to go to a different McDonald's but hopefully is better go there not the one on Gentile.

Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had, and that’s saying a lot. We came at 9:30pm and were the only dine-in guests. It took 18 minutes to get our food, and even worse, none of the food was even hot. They also left two items out of the kids meal, so taking that long for a cold partial meal is crazy. The ketchup dispenser was absolutely disgusting, had crust and goo hanging down about an inch that all the fresh ketchup travelled down. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, as well as other parts of the lobby. My bar for McDonald’s is set about as low as the ground, so to fall even below that takes some extra bad management
