They gave me the incorrect order. I drove home and had to return. The manager was a very nice young man. I did appreciate what he did to correct the issue.

I come here just for McDouglas. He is single handedly the best employee out of all the McDonald’s employees I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. He was very friendly on the phone and didn’t shout or report me to the police for calling.

I went through the Drive thru this morning ing and ordered Breakfast Burrito and a Medium Caremel Frappe... I paid at the first window the girl there is Awesome, the 2nd window the girl hands me my bag, then proceeds to hand me my frappe with cream all over it, I didnt take it I asked if she would wipe the side of it off first please, she hands me the cup again without wiping it off grabs three napkins, I asked to see a Manager I said why would you let her hand drinks like that it's rude and im driving, He told the employee to wipe it off, with no personality at all and does not represent McDonald's nor appreciate customer service, clearly does not care about Her Job... just gave the bad Vibe about this place...

The kiosk was very helpful. Give it a raise. The people tried , but you can tell they didn't know how to react to a person who just needed some understanding and a friendly smile. Didn't get it from any of the managers, they seem to caught up to see what I was doing. Just eating and charging my phone. Good job brother

This afternoon I was very excited to buy my favorite spicy burgers, but a worker there told me almost yelling at me that I couldn't order there because the card machine didn't work, and I had to order through the screen, it ruined my food I just went out and didn't buy anything

At 9:00pm ish my girl and I came through the drive through. There was one dude working back there. The food came out great and he was the one taking orders and running it out to us too. I’ve had to wait longer will fully staffed McDonald’s. Give home boy a raise.
