Initially, there was an error. I was missing some of my food order. I came back in and this amazing lady that I did not get her name of.. she recognized me and said oh no what what happened and she made it her mission to go beyond expectations and make me walk away feeling better than what I would’ve felt getting all my food correctly. The whole staff made me feel good though not too single about anyone, but they out performed Chick-fil-A’s friendliness right there
PS beware of slippery floors when it’s raining I nearly busted my butt coming inside lol

Ordered via drive thru. Burgers and nuggets had less moisture than the Sahara desert. The fries were unsalted and flavorless. Ordered sweet tea and got unsweetened tea for 3 of my drinks. The quality control is horrible, and they aren't worth the 10 minute drive back over there for the correction. Glad they value my time and money by giving me the wrong items. Will not be a returning customer.

Never order from this location, go to any other. Trust me when I say waiting in line for these workers to not do there job and mess up your meal and not give you sauces or fill your cup or fires IS NOT WORTH IT. I don’t feel I even received joyful customer service. My families meal has been ruined time after time going to this location and I think I’ll make a corporate complaint at this point. I know it’s only McDonalds but common guys it’s not hard to do the job you were trained to do… these workers dont even deserve pay when they’re waiting customers money 🙄

I stopped eating here after eating an uncooked egg on a breakfast sandwich. I love their Carmel frappes. My friend and I went and she got the runs. I warned her, before. Drive thru blues, is what I call it.

Received wrong order and ran out of the drink holder things, spilled every where, stained white seat and had to vacuum out my car as I wright this, 10:05 pm Drive through lady has a attitude
Food (chicken)is overcooked with fries that look like they are drenched with oil. Also, to clear their orders fast they had every car to pull into a reserved parking spot for drive-thru.
