Honestly, a little over a year ago this review would be higher. But recently, my experience her ehas been not good at best, especially the few times in the morning. The morning staff is uncaring and flippant. They don't listen, and they will just not get you the right order. The quality here has fallen drastically over the year I've regularly visited this location.

The man who was taking the orders was all dirty and when I went to the window to pick up the food, the potatoes were rotten with the oil that they don't change. Bitter bitter, very dirty, I do not recommend it at all, if I could give it less than a star I would give it I don't know how the health department is very strict and they don't check those places

There is this one lady who is not nice at all. She literally yells at everyone. They are not respectful. I have been coming to this place and today this lady yelled at me and didn't want to make my Frappe right. She said I took to long and she almost yelled at my mom. She is the manager and I don't know how they could've hired her.
