Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Stopped in at Menchie’s in Layton with my family, and while my favorite flavor (toasted marshmallow) was not available today, it was still a top notch experience! Carlie S was our cashier and so friendly and helpful! We love the Layton Menchie’s, it’s always clean and we never leave disappointed. Looking forward to many more visits in the future!

Place needs to be cleaned. Very dirty. I used to love going here and haven't been in a while. Very disappointed 😔

Ok. It’s cool that you completely serve yourself. It’s dumb and laughable they ask for a tip. Shame on management for having them ask for unmerited tips.
Hopefully they are not on a reduced wage for tips. There was no stoppable service. Like I said, you serve yourself.

I came into menchies to grab some ice cream but previously I had fallen off my electric scooter and sprained my ankle so I sat down and put my foot on the table to look at it one of the employee came over to me and rudely yelled at me “tables are for food not for your feet” and gave me a nasty look. She could have politely asked me to put my feet down. This was the worse experience I have ever had. I’m not sure of her name as she was not wearing a name tag but she has no manners and is super rude!!

Me and my friend had been riding electric scooters past Menchies when she fell and sprained her ankle we came into mechies so she could sit down she placed her foot on the table for two seconds just to look if it was bruised or swollen and a worker came over and very rudely yelled at her to get off the table and that they were for food, not shoes. She never gave us a warning. It was very rude and then gave us dirty Looks throughout the rest of my experience. She had no name tag this happened on June 1st at 3pm

We love Menchies but the Layton, Utah location is disgusting. The glass doors haven’t been cleaned in months, there is always garbage all over the floor and never a clean table to sit at. We won’t go back until they have new management. I spoke to the currant manager about the issues and she really did not care. Someone is bound to get sick soon!

I’ll never go back. The place was dirty and unkept. The toppings were not refilled and many were completely empty.

Used a coupon for buy one get one half off. Worker did not know what to do so instead of 2 yogurts combined at 22.3 oz times .59 he charged me 2 yogurts each at 22.3 oz times .59 for a total of $30.00 then took half off of 15 dollars for a total bill of $22.00. I would never pay $30.00 for two yogurts, I think you owe me some money back!!

We always going here almost every week. They used to have all employees there so nice.. BUT last time went there the employees super rude..

Employees are so rude and glare at you the second you walk through the door food was good but with horrible employees I don’t think I’ll be returning, when I went to pay they said to answer a question on the screen which was a tipping option when I literally made the icecream myself all they gotta do is hit a few buttons don’t recommend this location.
