Waited in line for 20 minutes to order our pizza's. Then manager would only help one group per staff member. We had five people in our group. In the mean time one of the members of our group were able to leave order food and return with their food before the fourth person was even done ordering their pizza. We then waited over 25 minutes to get our pizza's. The people that were helped behind us were able to get their pizza and eat it before getting our last pizza. This is terrible customer service. We will never return the the Layton location again. I am leaving this review as warning to other customers. This sadly is not the first time this has happened. We were stupid enough to give this location another chance. Don't make the same mistake as us.

I had one of the most horrible experiences ever at Mod Pizza, let alone a restaurant. The service was crap after waiting in line 20 minutes. We were forced to go in a group with me and my three kids, my wife left to go get other food because of this behavior by the Mod team, and the next three parties of two were taken care of by the staff while we were stuck with one employee the whole time taking our order. That is a horrible system and horrible customer service. It is plain wrong! Then two of my kids got their food, my wife left and came back with Carls Jr, seven people behind us got their pizzas before me and my teen received our pizzas. Do yourself a favor and skip this Layton Mod Pizza location. The pizza isn't worth the crap service there!

Overpriced junk. There was hardly any cheese on either of my pizzas and I got charged $10 just for the mini salad I spent $30 for all of this plus a drink I'm never coming back

We came in at 7pm, 3 hours before close, and we notified the staff that we had allergens and preferred the freshly changed toppings that we literally just saw the employee put out ( I think all patrons who could see the clean one versus the used side was better) and they tried telling the one guy helping us (he was cool) to use the messy side and I, as a customer, had to say I want the fresh toppings. They kept trying to say “that side is closed” and pressure him in to keeping that side clean. Do you guys normally stock one side and plan on it not being used? I think everyone would prefer you put away toppings in the fridge instead of just out and covered for 3 hours. You guys have always been cool about allergens, we pay more for the GF crust etc. This felt like I was bothering you guys at your job. We will not be back to “inconvenience” your store again.

Slowest place on earth. I’ve worked in food before so Im hesitant to post this review.
Employees have no sense of urgency it’s like they work in slow mo. I got so bored waiting in line that I’m writing this review. Been to other Mods before that have way better service.

Very friendly staff and great food, my daughter loved her pizza, and I got the chopped Italian salad probably one of the best I have ever had

Your staff is always great and friendly. I know this is a cranky old man thing to say and not necessarily MOD's fault, but I HATE the fact that at least 5 online orders get processed before mine while I am STANDING AT THE COUNTER. IMO, online orders should be processed AFTER those who are for customers in the restaurant, or at least have a person processing both orders simultaneously.
