It took over 30 minutes to just order, there were only four people in front of me. They only had half the food line up and running, but the ordering line was backed up past the door. I could have order through door dash and gotten my pizza faster. If your slogan is going to be super fast pizza, maybe you should make sure the store is properly staffed. If it is properly staffed make sure when they see a line backed up to the door they speed up a little. One guy would come out when an online order would come in and make it, then disappear into the back. It’s my fault for thinking this time would be different.

Mod pizza more like Mid pizza at best. For the price and long wait time it’s not really worth it. The staff was so rude but they we also busy so I kinda understand it until the last 20 minutes of my visit one of the staff was talking to some dude that worked next door leaving 1 guy to do all the work himself

I order pineapple, jalapeño and garlic 🧄 and when I say they deliver on the garlic I'm not kidding. 🤤 Add hot honey too

Amika was outstanding! She was fast friendly and did all her things well—I wish she had made our pizza. Some (not all) of the of the others could learn from her.
