Told they do samples with purchase but only after the purchase. Which is dumb how do I know what to purchase then. And why give samples after.

Mrs. Cavanaugh’s Chocolates in the Layton Hills Mall is such a delightful spot, and the amazing service makes it even better! The girls working there were so friendly and helpful—they made the experience so enjoyable. You can tell they genuinely love their job and working together because their great attitudes and smiles are contagious. They were quick to recommend the best chocolates and even helped me put together the perfect holiday gift box.

The selection at Mrs. Cavanaugh’s is fantastic, with so many delicious options to choose from. Whether you’re into creamy caramels, rich truffles, or classic chocolate-covered nuts, they have something for everyone. They even have seasonal treats that are perfect for gifting (or keeping for yourself!). The staff was patient and thoughtful as I took my time deciding, and their recommendations were spot-on.

Wonderful chocolate, my lady just loves their truffles!

I love the milk chocolate maple nut creams. My husband loves the milk chocolate covered cashew clusters. It is a bit pricey but it is delicious chocolate.

I went here with my mom and grandma many times as a kid. I still like to visit and get the gummy frogs. Their other candy is great too.

It is very smooth chocolate. The dark chocolate isn't bitter like others it was sweet but not overwhelmingly sweet. They do have sugar free chocolate also.

We were there buying sugar free chocolates for me for Easter. The store associate was friendly, professional, and helpful. She allowed me to sample a flavor I wasn't sure about. The sugar free chocolate is delicious. I also love the dollar section for kids. We are repeat customers and will definitely be back.

I ordered online to be shipped to Florida and these chocolates are AMAZING. The flavors are subtle and delicious. I got 2lbs of a pick your own flavor crème assortment (the 4 flavors option) and they are all wonderful. I purchased all dark chocolates in the following flavors: orange, lemon, French mint, and buttercream and am hard pressed to choose a favorite.Their customer support was very responsive when I had a question and I had my chocolates in less then a week, shipped with an ice pack. None of the chocolates were melted and they were even cold.Will definitely purchase again!

This is my go-to place to buy caramel apples for my boyfriend. They are extremely popular, so I always call ahead and order. They usually have me pay over the phone and then they call me when they’re ready to be picked up. Super easy!I LOVE the dark chocolate covered cinnamon bears. That is my favorite treat in this world (and I don’t even like cinnamon bears). The bears here are usually good, but the bountiful location has even better ones. They have been dipped in so much chocolate that they look like very obese bears. Soooo good! Unfortunately the last bag of bears I bought at the Layton location are a bit stale. I’ve never had that happen before.You really can’t go wrong with anything here (as long as it isn’t filled…I recently found that I dislike the fruit fillings). My boyfriend always gets me the big box of dark chocolate nuts and chews. That’s my 2nd favorite item here.The employees have always been so kind and helpful. I never feel uncomfortable when I pop in to buy something or ask a question. I’ve been here multiple times and I’ll definitely be back.

Always my favorite place for chocolates. They cost a fair amount, but for special occasions, it's totally worth it. The truffles and creams are smooth and have good flavor and the variety of chocolates means there is something for everyone.

My wife just went into the store looking for small gifts for my kid’s teachers after looking on their website. She then realized that the prices in the store weren’t the same as those on the website so she asked the lady there why the discrepancy. The lady there started laughing at my wife and said “that’s just completely wrong, they’ve never been that low, ever.” If laughing in my wife’s face wasn’t enough, she went on to say that “those prices can’t be found even on Black Friday.”No one likes to feel stupid or made fun of for asking as question.
