Olive Garden is classic! Our service wasn't great this last time. We sat in the bar, maybe that makes a difference? But it is usually great.

Food and drinks were good. Awful service! Our waitress didn’t check on our table once over the whole hour we were there after we received our food. No offers On refills, water, salad or breadsticks. A waiter from a whole separate table offered to bring us one of our drinks because she did not check on our table of 2 once. Along with not being greeted or Departed properly all the girls are just standing gossiping. Absolutely disgraceful service.

I ordered a big catering order for a company christmas party. They run the payment the day of the order. The payment failed and Olive Garden didn’t call to notify me until 10 minutes AFTER they were supposed to make the delivery. Once we made the payment, they came quickly however, the workers who brought it had no customer service and didn’t leave us with enough utensils to serve our food.

Had an awesome experience at Olive Garden tonight. The food was great — hot, fresh, and exactly what we were hoping for. But the real standout was Adam behind the bar. He was friendly, attentive, and really took care of us from start to finish. If he had any fault, it would be that he cared too much and was almost too on top of everything — his service was that good. 😄 We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be looking for a couple open seats at Adam’s bar next time.

Danny reconverted me to Olive Garden. I haven't been here in years, but some friends and I went out to eat here. The food was great, and the service was phenomenal. Danny was so attentive and welcoming. Totally coming back here soon!

One star because their bar seems lacking. They could not make a martini. Then once they got that figured out they didn't have OLIVES??!!! They DID a fabulous job for my mom's birthday.

Empty restaurant at 4pm, and still we waited 15 minutes to get a table. After being seated, we waited far too long before anyone came by our table. They didn't give the child a kid's menu. After placing an order, we felt rushed. The waiter took away our soup before we even finished it. He said he would be right back with more breadsticks, but never brought any. They didn't give us any mints after our meal. We felt neglected the entire time. We used to come here once a week for many years, but service has gone down drastically, and we're not planning on returning.
