Me & my daughter had a teriyaki chicken plate and the taste was off, I started cleaning up to find this in my plate! I took it out because I didn't believe my eyes, when I put it in the napkin it started moving! I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED !!!! I will never eat here again. My husband called and all they said was to bring the plate back in and they will refund. We don't have the time and the refund will not fix this problem.

Everything I brought home had me worried about getting food poisoning. The only way to describe the taste was just "off" The texture of almost all of it was mushy, save the salmon, wich was tough and flavorless. I've never even heard of " tough fish" The portion sizes were not generous at all either. Teriyaki sauce from the grocery store is better I've had better food at a ½ off rolls establishment. Note to self- never eat here again!
