Shout out to our waitress Kelly for her amazing service and for her kindness. It was an overall great meal and I’ll be coming back again.

The restaurant was not busy, but we waited way too long for our food to come out. Food was not good. Lacked flavor, was tough, freezer burned, and even the pasta was yucky. Only good thing was the bread. Very disappointed. Won't return.

The onion bloom is dark probably due to old cooking oil. Looks very unhealthy for human consumption. The pasta noodles is undercooked and couldn't really eat it. :(

Went for the 14.99 promotion and kids eat free Mondays. We were told that kids no longer are free on Monday and that the promotion actually was 18.99 and up. Guess the website and the commercials we saw were wrong. Seems like false advertising to me. We got up and left.

As expected for a steakhouse... And that's the point.

Layton Outback never lets us down! Like ever!!! The food is always fast and cooked exactly how we like it. My husband is particular about his steak which has been cooked (deliciously rare - his words) to order, every visit. The store is neat, clean and inviting!

Service is top notch from the minute we arrive until we leave. Especially, Raya and Amy!!! Our drinks are always filled. Our food is always perfect. Before we could ever need anything, they’ve done it. Raya and Amy are so much fun and have serious hustle all at the same time. They never skip a beat even on the busiest of nights. Impressive!

We look forward to going - great food, great atmosphere, GREAT service!

Food was so bad we sent it all back. Couldn’t choke down the blooming onion. Tasted like the grease hadn’t been changed in a few years. Wife’s shrimp shows up, she takes one bite and asked for the bill. Lesson learned, if it’s empty during dining hours chances are everyone knows the food is bad.

Only thing good about the place were the hosts when you walk in.

Only saw my server 2 times throughout the service. Everyone but our server brought out our food. Food was gross. Cheese fries had burnt cheese all over them. I ordered the Steak and Shrimp pasta, and got chicken and shrimp. Food was barely warm anymore. Waited almost 10 minutes with the wrong food, when finally the server came over. Told her about the mistake. She went back and brought out some random chopped up pieces of steak, that were clearly to someone else’s skewer (there were holes in the middle and could tell it was grilled on a skewer, also had no outback seasoning) and then she made me scoop my chicken out of my meal and give her the piece of chicken back. So weird, have never had that happen before. Overall just such a disappointment. Was so happy to go to outback, since we haven’t had it in months since we moved to Utah from Michigan. It was a little glimpse of home we wanted to enjoy. Ended up being so sad, and disappointed.

We were seated quickly. My coconut shrimp had that freezer taste. Sweet potato butter is way too sweet. My husband's steak was cooked uneven. One side over cooked, the other, barely brown.

I ordered a rare steak. The first one came out overcooked. They brought me out another and the center was ice cold. I waited at the table watching other servers avoid our table for over 10 minutes. Finally Amy came back to ask how everything was tasting, and I asked for it to be taken off our check so we could just leave. Each time we asked our server (Amy), for something we had to wait over 10 minutes for her to come back and she often did not bring back what we asked for.

Not sure why a steakhouse doesn't know how to cook steak. They even have a section in their menu showing the differences between how the steaks are cooked. Amy didn't come back after giving us the check so we took it up front. They said we had to wait at the table to pay. We told them that we have been. Someone went to the back and got her. She took my card in the back to pay, she brought me back the receipt and we left.

Amy followed us to our car and kept touching me because she said she needed to keep our receipt! I asked her to stop following us and she kept doing it. She insisted she needed it as proof that we paid. I had a notification on my phone that it went through and a receipt. They should have something on their end also. I am provided a receipt for my records. That's what receipts are for! She finally went inside when I got in my car and then someone else came outside to ask for it too!

$22 for an uncooked steak that wasn't even touched, no refills on a sprite, and harassment is ridiculous.

It’s unfortunate another icon almost done. The last time i ate at an Outback I said never again, unfortunately it’s worse a year later. I had to give one more try. It’s the quality of the food. The people, great. Atmosphere stale, food lo quality.
