Only thing good about the place were the hosts when you walk in.

Only saw my server 2 times throughout the service. Everyone but our server brought out our food. Food was gross. Cheese fries had burnt cheese all over them. I ordered the Steak and Shrimp pasta, and got chicken and shrimp. Food was barely warm anymore. Waited almost 10 minutes with the wrong food, when finally the server came over. Told her about the mistake. She went back and brought out some random chopped up pieces of steak, that were clearly to someone else’s skewer (there were holes in the middle and could tell it was grilled on a skewer, also had no outback seasoning) and then she made me scoop my chicken out of my meal and give her the piece of chicken back. So weird, have never had that happen before. Overall just such a disappointment. Was so happy to go to outback, since we haven’t had it in months since we moved to Utah from Michigan. It was a little glimpse of home we wanted to enjoy. Ended up being so sad, and disappointed.

We were seated quickly. My coconut shrimp had that freezer taste. Sweet potato butter is way too sweet. My husband's steak was cooked uneven. One side over cooked, the other, barely brown.

I ordered a rare steak. The first one came out overcooked. They brought me out another and the center was ice cold. I waited at the table watching other servers avoid our table for over 10 minutes. Finally Amy came back to ask how everything was tasting, and I asked for it to be taken off our check so we could just leave. Each time we asked our server (Amy), for something we had to wait over 10 minutes for her to come back and she often did not bring back what we asked for.

Not sure why a steakhouse doesn't know how to cook steak. They even have a section in their menu showing the differences between how the steaks are cooked. Amy didn't come back after giving us the check so we took it up front. They said we had to wait at the table to pay. We told them that we have been. Someone went to the back and got her. She took my card in the back to pay, she brought me back the receipt and we left.

Amy followed us to our car and kept touching me because she said she needed to keep our receipt! I asked her to stop following us and she kept doing it. She insisted she needed it as proof that we paid. I had a notification on my phone that it went through and a receipt. They should have something on their end also. I am provided a receipt for my records. That's what receipts are for! She finally went inside when I got in my car and then someone else came outside to ask for it too!

$22 for an uncooked steak that wasn't even touched, no refills on a sprite, and harassment is ridiculous.

It’s unfortunate another icon almost done. The last time i ate at an Outback I said never again, unfortunately it’s worse a year later. I had to give one more try. It’s the quality of the food. The people, great. Atmosphere stale, food lo quality.

I go to outback all the time but tonight was the worst food I’ve ever had at an outback. My filet and my kids chicken was covered in pepper. It was so spicy we could barely eat it. I don’t know if I’ll ever come back to this location

This place has gone downhill. Virtually empty on Saturday during lunch hour and we now know why. Service was great, a very nice man. Food was garbage. How do you mess up a wedge salad? Why does my chimichuri filet taste like fish? How do you cook 4 steaks and none of them are the right temperature? Why are the chairs wobbly? $170 plus tip. Never again. I will be shocked if this place is still open by the end of 2025.

I so want this place to be better, especially for the amount of money we dropped there. The fried mushrooms and seasoned ranch are the best. So many places over-bread their fried mushrooms. This is NOT that place. If you got a hankering for fried mushrooms, stop here and get them. Now, for the rest of the meal.. just eahhh. My wife and I shared a meal. We ordered their most expensive steak $50 (ribeye) and added a lobster tail $15. The ribeye was quite thin and overly fatty. The lobster tail was quite small, but I kind of expected that. Both were cooked ok, but the steak needed lots of salt to bring out some flavor. It came with a baked tater, but I could tell it had been cooked a long time ago. The inside was a little cold, and the skin was very wrinkled. I'm probably not doing a good job of describing the potato, but my God, how do you screw up a baked tater? Long story short: we dropped $84 on a single, lackluster meal. Lots of better tasting steak places out there.. I'd recommend moving along and hitting one of those, but maybe get an order of mushrooms to go...

I thought the food here was alright. I got the sirloin with a baked potato and vegetables. The steak was pretty tender but lacked flavor. The baked potato was the same thing. The bloomin onion was pretty tasty but I felt that the sauce it came with wasn’t anything special. I thought the best part of the meal was the delicious bread that was included. Steakhouses are always making the best bread. I felt that this place had alright food, especially for the price. Man oh man was this place expensive at over $25 a person. The atmosphere of the restaurant was wonderful though and the service was friendly.

The food was ok but the service was lacking. For the price of the food. We should have gone to Lone Star steak house.

We were excited to come for date night since the last time we were there the food was hot and yummy. Unfortunately, our last experience was not very good. At first I just thought my shrimp was the problem. I let the waiter know it was cold and he had someone bring me new shrimp, but it was just as cold.
I then tried my steak and it was over peppered to the point I couldn’t eat it. My husband’s shrimp was also cold and his steak was extremely dry and burnt.
We eat out a lot and often come back to places that impress us. Sadly, we were very unimpressed.

Overall disappointed.
The wings we ordered were excellent. I would say better than the wing places we went to. The appetizer was the best part of the meal.
Our server was great. She was attentive and prompt, and very nice.
The food wasn't that good though. I ordered steak and shrimp. Everything just lacked flavor. Nothing on the plate was hot. The shrimp were floppy tasted a bit like seawater. I got the impression they were cooked first and sat around waiting for the rest to be done. The steak was supposed to be med-well, but was medium. It wasn't hot either. My eifes food was the same. Her coconut shrimp were better than mine but the steak was underdone and cold.

The food was great. The waitress couldn't care less to do more than the bare minimum and multiple times left us waiting far longer than expected for necessities.
