Just ordered a plate on the app. Got home & both entrees were missing & the tea was so sweet as to be undrinkable. They don’t even sell Chinese tea. Every drink they have is sweetened. I hope they get included in the fast food class action lawsuit for only having sweetened drinks.

I made a mobile order pick up, sadly, my teriyaki chicken was missing. And I noticed after I walk out out of the store so I feel like if I go back would be embarrassing cause I should’ve checked once I picked it up. But for those Uber employees pick ups that can’t check. Feel like they’re running a good risk of getting in trouble.
I had a great experience with LIN today. She went the extra mile for me and I wish I had given her a tip. Dear owner, please give LIN a raise!

Ive gotten burnt food here 4 times. The rice and mushroom chicken are extra risky. Heres a suggestion: if you burn the food, dont serve it

They gave me the wrong order and said I needed to drive to them and bring them the lousy food they gave me to get the food I paid for. The attached picture is the receipt; next to it is what I got. I was ripped off, and I’ll never revisit this place.
