I made a mobile order pick up, sadly, my teriyaki chicken was missing. And I noticed after I walk out out of the store so I feel like if I go back would be embarrassing cause I should’ve checked once I picked it up. But for those Uber employees pick ups that can’t check. Feel like they’re running a good risk of getting in trouble.

Ive gotten burnt food here 4 times. The rice and mushroom chicken are extra risky. Heres a suggestion: if you burn the food, dont serve it

They gave me the wrong order and said I needed to drive to them and bring them the lousy food they gave me to get the food I paid for.
The attached picture is the receipt; next to it is what I got. I was ripped off, and I’ll never revisit this place.

First it started when I was ordering. She didn’t even let me finish my order before interrupting me. I tell her my order three different times only to get to the window and my order still messed up. I said my order THREE TIMES!!! And after telling her two more times I still went home with the wrong food. TERRIBLE.

With how I was treated at this establishment I will never purchase or support this place in any way. I went to confront the management after a delivery was not delivered and the driver would not contact us after the delivery. I was pleased at first to see the manager would talk to me about this issue, soon to be shot down by her saying it was a problem with DoorDash which is understandable. I asked for a refund, thinking it was the very least they could do given I had the receipts for this situation. They declined this by stating that I "had not been listening". I would say that the food was alright but the sour taste in my mouth from the sheer disrespect I was treated to made me go elsewhere for my food.

I usually love panda Express, but the one time I get it delivered, the delivery driver not only drops it off at the wrong house, but does not respond to my message nor my 2 phone calls. I call the store to see if it was possible to get a refund, the lady who answered told me to take it up with the delivery driver even though I told her I already tried. My friend then goes to the store and asked for a refund but she not only says no, but says "do you people not listen?" This store needs better management...

I didn’t know I’d be paying $11 for a medium box of broccoli with a piece of beef. Kind of expected at least a 50/50 ratio of not more beef than broccoli.

My friend ordered orange chicken and fried rice, they got her order completely wrong because the lady at the window doesn’t speak english very well and was also being rude and impatient. I’m very angry for my friend. >:(

This location is absolutely terrible with doordash orders. They do not start the order until they ask the dasher who it is for. That is if they even ask. I have had so many orders from here leave me a bad review. This issue needs to be fixed. Ive seen otger locations struggle, then begin to be able to find solutions. Its possible with adequate management
