Im a delivery driver and pick up often from Papa John's. I always receive the best customer service from the Layton location. One employee that stands out the most is Craig!!! His customer service and professionalism is exceptional. He is always so friendly and apologies if and when there's ever a delay with an order. The manager at the location is great too!! Thanks Craig for all you do, Keep up the great work!!!

Just wanted to say, Ethan is such a nice guy and very helpful. He really understands customer service. My sister is in town visiting, so we ordered pizzas for pickup. We went to pickup and the delivery driver mistakenly had taken ours. Ethan quickly remade them, gave us a refund, and some soda to make up for the wait. He was kind and very helpful. We appreciated him. Give him a raise 😊. Aside from that, Papa John's is so YUMMY.

The store employees were nice guys, they said Ernie regularly does stuff like that. And it’s 50% off when BYU win a basketball/football game!

Have had 3 orders messed up and stuff left out in the last 2 weeks I cannot get ahold of corporate or a manager there are 10 hoops to jump through and forms that arnt worth people forgetting simple things. I ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza and a Peperoni Pizza and got 2 Peperoni Pizzas. This was a reward for my son and the messed up big time. I get it things happen but at least refund the large BBQ chicken pizza I ordered.
I ordered here yesterday and they forgot my Rootbeer. Not a big deal so I called the store and let them know and if I could get a refund. Not only did the kind manager Ernie bring me a Rootbeer but also told me I would have 2 one topping pizzas for free for messing up. What a way to apologize and keep a customer, like I was blown away by the kindness. All I was expecting was a refund but this made my entire night! Thanks again for doing a great job and totally blew away any expectations for the best!

Had a Uber order to deliver from here on Sunday 08/24/2025 @ 10:45am. The guy was working by himself and he was super nice and friendly. He was running around doing multiple things and helping me at the same time. Definitely need to give this man a raise. Great friendly man with excellent customer service. Thank you brother.

Jordan the manager had helped us when a door dasher messed up getting us our order. They do a phenomenal job at making the food. The customer service at papa John's alone is great would recommend but I would do pick up not delivery :)

Ordered a original crust pizza and instead the crust was squished so flat and cooked way too long that it was crunchy and felt like sandpaper. The other pizza that was actually a thin crust was burned and felt like breaking plastic instead of eating food. Barely any toppings on one pizza. The other pizza had an adequate amount of toppings, the garlic bread was misshapen not even cut and had barely any garlic butter on top. The sauce that was given to me with the garlic bread was tasteless not even a lick of salt in the sauce. Please go to a different location if you want to have a better experience.
