Watching them make pizzas is like watching grass grow. I don’t understand how it is taking them so long. You could probably order dominoes and get a baked pizza faster. It is the weirdest thing to watch.

I ordered a pizza online at noon today and when I stopped by to pick it up six hours later they not only hadn't made it, but they claimed not to have a receipt for it as well. So they said they would have to make it for me. I waited in the restaurant for 25-30 minutes for them to make my stuffed crust pizza. It took them 10 minutes before they even started making it and there was no one else in the store when I got there. They kept talking back-and-forth about other things while I was standing there waiting. The reason why it took so long is because they kept stopping to help people that had come to pick up to go orders and then when I finally got my pizza I said don't you think I should get a free cookie dough or something for having to wait for so long for a pizza that was ordered six hours ago? And all the girls said was there wasn't anything else on the order so I left.

My wife gets salads here all the time, and the dressing has always been included. Today, I had to pay extra for the salad dressing. Who doesn't give dressing with a salad??

TERRIBLE SERVICE!
Used the online ordering process to insure I wouldn’t have to wait. BIG MISTAKE! After arriving to pick up the pizza, one hour and 15 minutes after ordering and five minutes after the suggested arrival time, I realized they hadn’t bothered to even start production until I arrived. I waited an additional 20 minutes before they even started my pizza. I observed during my wait that it happened to everyone that came in expecting to pickup their order.

I love these pizzas. Just wish they would reintroduce their original vegetarian pizza on the web menu. Or it's alias a "farm vegetable" pizza. And I can't recreate it from the "Create your own." it won't allow enough choices. Plus, I add meat.
