We usually get papa Murphys on Friday night and this location is the closest to us, but they have gotten our order wrong 4 times in a row. We aren’t doing anything crazy, just removing onions on one pizza. The manager loudly reprimands the employees for messing up, which is really awkward to hear. We will probably go to the another location since this happens so often here.

My daughter placed an online pick up order at 630 in the morning for pick up at 2:15p. When she got to the store, the order had not been started. The employee called the manager over to tell him she did not get the order. The manager showed her the receipt was in front of her, the girl had blonde hair and piercings. The order was for a cheese, a pepperoni, Thai Chicken and a cheesy bread. They then made the order, taking their own sweet time. They got the order wrong... unless cheesy bread now has pizza sauce, Canadian bacon and pineapple. My daughter was doing this pick up on an hour break from her work. She could not go back to get the correct item. Hawaiian is not an option for those in our home, as they will not eat pizza with pineapple on it. So money was wasted and time was wasted. She was late getting back to work. My daughter works in the food industry so she gave them a tip when she placed the order. The tip was unfortunately not deserved. Save time and go to the location on Antelope. The employee and the manager need training.Parking: It is a parking lot

The employees were nice enough, but it took 18 minutes for them to make 2 pizzas (one as just cheese). Two employees were working but only one person was making pizzas and it was dead and no one else was in there but me and it didn’t appear they were making any one else’s pizzas but mine. Every other location I’ve been in they make it in 5 minutes or less it seems.

For the Fort Lane location, 3 (and then some) Strikes and you're out!I'm a big fan of the Papa Murphy's "Big Murphy's Stuffed" pizza. I'll continue to buy them but not at the Fort Lane location. The Fort Lane location puts so few toppings on for a $21 stuffed pizza (Family 16") you'd think they're rationing. It's literally dough, sauce, dough with only the occasional sausage bite, pepperoni bite, or mushroom/olive bite. I will continue to purchase this pizza from the Antelope Drive location as they fill it up with ample toppings, and it's amazing. I've been alternating the last dozen times between the two locations trying to give Fort Lane the benefit of doubt but no more.

This particular store has given the word SLOW an entirely new meaning. After placing my order, then watching pizza after pizza hit the racks behind those making the pizzas, along with the individual that ordered (in-store) behind me get his pizza and walk out I couldn't remain calm any longer and asked for an immediate refund. Mind you the manager was working the front counter, seemingly unphased by what was going on around her as far as worker momentum. I almost asked someone to check the pulse of the one worker with his hair up in a bun! When I commented that the individual that ordered after I did, and received his pizza before me, the manager stated "he ordered just after you", as if it were no big deal. Huh? It's a pizza, nothing was actually special about it and I shouldn't have had to waste my time with this location!

After I paid for the pizza I’m told they have lots of pizzas ahead of me and it will take like 15 minutes , could of told me before I paid for the pizza or made mine first ? The store was empty, , nether of the two employees were making a pizza when I went in , is this a joke ? Got my money back and I won’t be coming in anymore thank you

The service at this particular location is not good and they are very slow. It’s pretty common to be told that the wait time is 30-45 min.I have also had times where I tried to call and order something but I was unable to get what I wanted because they were out of certain toppings. The only reason this has a second star is cause the pizza is still good.Every time I have had a problem with this location I call the Antelope location and they have always had all the toppings, great service, and wait times of 2-15 minutes (depending on the time of day). Because if this I have altogether stopped going to this location. Even though I am only a 2 minute drive from it. It’s worth the extra 10 minutes to go to Antelope and be taken care of properly.

Quality food at a great price. Sizes are HUGE easy “go to” when we are planning on feeding a ton of people!Stuffed pizzas are great!!!

Slowest papa Murphy’s ever! I’m sitting here waiting for my pizza. Said it would be 20 min but I’m skeptical. I’m literally watching 7 teenagers standing in their red shirts doing absolutely nothing. Well not nothing, they are laughing and messing around but certainly not making pizza. Get your act together owners. You should be embarrassed.

Terrible, horrible management and customer service! All I wanted was a pizza with pineapple, medium. They charged my card $18, $6 for extra toppings I didn't order. When I brought that to their attention, the guy rolled his eyes and got his manager who acted even more put out by me questioning it. Then offered me a refund. The till said the refund was $8, she gave me $6. ? worst pizza of my life and I didn't even end up eating more than one piece. Don't go to this location! I will never go there again and only hope you don't either.
