Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Recurring issue with the thickness of the crust being absurdly thin. We've had multiple orders now be wafer thin crusts, and we didn't even order thin crust. But even if we had, these crusts are thinner than thin crust, it's bizarre. Ruins the entire pizza honestly, since it throws off the cook times too, resulting in burnt, paper-thin crust.

EDIT: Used the customer complaint form provided in the owner reply below, and never heard back. Pretty disappointing.

Out of the three locations near me, I will come back to this location for the friendly atmosphere and the exceptional customer experience. They were so nice and friendly, can't wait to go back!

My order was ready at the scheduled time, and the toppings were generous without being overwhelming (and covered pizza right to the edge!) Best pizza we've received from this location.

Man these gals/guys were sure working hard. I called in my order but when I went to pick up, they were a bit busy. They welcomed me in, reassured me pizza will be done soon and said goodbye as I was leaving. Thanks you guys for making dinner for us 🫶

Worst pizza received from Papa Murphy's
We usually order from the Roy location without issues
This time we received a pizza with a hole in the crust that lead to our oven smoking like crazy from the drippings of the pizza
Maybe if we tipped them more for not cooking or delivering it, they would've done better

The employee was AMAZING! I wish I knew her name. We arrived about 10 minutes before closing, and the toppings had already been put in the back, but she was so kind and happy to make our pizzas. She answered questions, helped me figure out my coupons, and smiled the whole time. Great customer service. Delicious pizza! (We ordered summer thin crust veggie and summer thin crust meat.) Definitely recommend and will return!

Papa Murphys is one of the only pizza places I can get dairy free pizza. I recently moved so I ordered from the closest location which was this one. I get the same thing every time, and this time there was hardly any toppings….I even paid extra to add sausage and there were only a few pieces on the whole LARGE pizza. Just tastes like I’m eating bread. Extremely disappointed.
