I got an email that for my birthday I can get one free regular menu price pizza up to $16. Tried to make an order online on Tuesday but the promo wouldn’t apply bc for Tuesday’s basically every pizza is considered special and therefore can’t apply. So I called the store and the man that answered had to verify with his boss that yes indeed the promo can be applied for in-store purchases, just not online. I place my order over the phone and asked if the promo worked, he confirmed yes. My wife goes and picks it up and surprise, the promo didn’t work and instead took off $3. She argued with them and showed them the email that specifically stated $16 but they refused. They must have to bait customers into the store to rip them off as a business. Never going back.

I made an order on line, it said it was ready. I drive down to pick it up and they’re out of cookie dough and made one of my pizza wrong. I was upset because it put a tip in by its self and then I had to sit and wait while they made others pizzas. It put me back in line. WOW!! Still did not get my cookie dough I paid for love there pizza but dang

Had this Papa Murphys a while ago and it was very good. Took a bit to get the pizza from them but not something to give 4 stars for.

Overall skibidi. It was good after we baked it and we had a good time with family after eating.

The pizza here is fine, just what you expect. But be warned, they make mistakes often and take zero responsibility for them. So make sure your order is correct before leaving. My order was made wrong and they offered zero compensation. It was very frustrating.
