Ordered fries and got breadsticks instead. I was supposed to have a cheese pizza and they gave me pineapple. None of this was even remotely correct

I'm not sure why, but out of all the pizza huts we've been to, this one is by far the most bland. The sauce is like a flavorless ketschup, the cheese is bland, the sausage, all of it. I suspected maybe i had a cold at the time i ate this, or something that was effecting my taste buds so drastically. So we gave it another shot about 9 months later. Nope, still ultra bland, and as far as i could tell, was healthy, no reason to lose sense of taste. The burgers we had the next day we sure could taste.
I think corporate needs to look into this. Maybe they are using ingredients just over the expiration date? I don't know.

Every time we come here we wait so long for our orders and the staff is so snappy and rude they really need to do better
I sat in the pickup line for over 30 mins, when I got up to the window they asked my name then said it will be a few mins, it says 15 mins online???? Then I get home after another 15 mins and find out that, my pepperoni melt was burnt the inside was so dry, I am not happy

I got a personal Pizza, honestly was really good. I can't complain but I also got some of their breadsticks. For breadsticks and a personal pizza it came out to $17!! Who do they think they are lol. This is $10 at most. The service was slow as all hell and took up 20 minutes of my lunch just to get my order. I won't be back.

I orderd a large stuffed crust pizza meat lovers 30 min before showing up they said the order was gonna be ready at 6:32pm i showed up at that time and nothing they had me waiting in the drive theought for almost 45 min. i had to back up and park to get down and get it not professional at all.when i got down to pick up the pizza they had me waiting another 15 min .Until i had someone finnaly come up to me and ask what i needed.When i finnaly got my pizza it was hard.Horrible experience over a hour for some hard pizza wait times are crazy here its not the first time.

I buy 5 pizzas a day from them Monday thru Friday for work. Great food top notch service very friendly. They have a place to sit if you go in and are waiting for your order. They also carry soda and water.
Parking: Plenty of parking they also have handicapped parking right up to the building
Wheelchair accessibility: You can get to the building from parking lot their side walk is wheelchair safe
