Went through the drive thru last Saturday and was absolutely disgusted the kid who handed me my food had a bloody nose that you could tell he just wiped because it was under his nose and across his face. Needless to say, I didn’t eat the food. I just throw it away. Sadly, this is only the second time I’ve been to this location and both times I was absolutely disgusted By the lack of food safety by the employees. The last time I went in the guy at the front counter, had Track marks on his arms and looked like he was high as a kite. I would highly recommend picking a different location if you like Popeyes chicken

Had read that Popeye's had a decent fish sandwich, so we tried them out. Bought two fish, one with tarter and one without. Both normal, not the spicy. What I got was one spicy without tarter, which my wife hated and couldn't eat. The second one, a normal as described in the menu. The fish was just like shoe leather. Tough and inedible. The other one was ok, but really thin but it could be eaten.
The only good things were it was clean and the service was fast. Surprisingly fast for how long the fish had to spend in the fryer to get it that overdone.
Needless to say, I will never be going back. Messed up the order completely and gave me food that ended up in the trash. So many options out there no reason to ever eat at Popeye's.

When the store first opened it was awesome. Went down hill fast. Staff is very often rude. The store is almost always out of different food or drinks. Sometimes they’ll tell you sometimes they will just throw something else in instead. For example I ordered from them tonight. Was is a hurry home so I forgot to look at my order. Instead of a coke I got iced tea, instead of fries I got beans and rice. No biscuit with my order. The chicken strips were either soggy or were like old shoe leather. No in between. Corporate should close this location.

Placed a pick up order and got home and missing 1/4 of my order. I contacted support since it was ordered on the website and they offered a 2.01 refund and then when I said it wasn't good enough since I spent 30 and all they did was give me a $10 coupon to use on my next visit. I do not eat out much so this is of no use to me. Next time I'll go up the street to Raising Canes

The shrimp I ordered was only breading... Out of the supposed "1/4 lb" of shrimp, I got 4 actual shrimp... The rest was breading out tails, my wife didn't even get all of her food, and what food she got, was supposed to be smothered in sauce... It was more of a light drizzle... And on top of that, I spent 30 mins in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me.

Worst Popeye's location! Paid for a "10 piece family meal". Opened the box at home and inside was EIGHT legs and two tiny thighs....AND missing one of the large sides 😠. Since when does a "mixed piece" chicken bucket have EIGHT legs!!! What a rip off for $30+ dollars.

Horrible been waiting 40minutes for chicken. It’s 2:50 pm and I got here at 2:10 pm . They don’t care about customers. It’s Sunday they have 6 usuals workers here and nothing like they don’t care. Only about their drive thru. That’s about it. Don’t come here again, if I owned this location I’d fire them all asap. Trash with useless workers.

The chicken and sides are okay, biscuits are salty and dry. Drive threw service sucks, 2 lanes but only 1 is ever up. They make you wait to take your order, waited about 20 minutes once just to place the order, and they run out of things a lot, forget a few things too. Went through the drive through, the drive though attendant was very rude and rushed me through my order. Upon receiving my order I checked before leaving the parking lot. The whole order was WRONG. I had ordered a 3 pc chicken combo and a 12 piece bone in wing. We received a 2 piece chicken and a 6 piece boneless chicken wing ... When I went in to correct the order they seemed confused. They had charged me correctly but they had put in a bad order, they wanted to charge me more then the difference in what the order should of been. They seemed so confused and honestly were very poor with their English. Please in the future train your employees to be accurate in taking the order. Or hire employees that actually know how to give good customer service. Seriously hope you guys go out of business at this location.
