I stopped today at the peak of lunch rush and got excellent service and the food was fresh and delicious. Marylou and Katie waited on me and although they were very busy, were friendly and fast!

I tried changing my order right after I paid for it and was told I can't cancel right at the facility. So I got charged extra for what I ordered and the employee saying oh I don't want to charge you extra, he definitely did, 17 dollars for a 16 pieces and a drink. Plus the hotdog pretzels were tiny and super greasy. I don't recommend this place.

I love pretzel maker but the past couple times I’ve gone in I’ve noticed large amounts of dust hanging from the ceiling and fans plus ur sign. I know it’s understaffed right now but no one wants dust baked into their pretzels.

I went today for pretzel day with my friends and the lady helping up first she took forever even taking our order and it wasn't that hard either 4 pretzels and two smoothies it took over 30 mins for our smoothie and mine is pretty much all ice I straight told her to get a different job won't be returning that's fortune

Service is a negative 5. Over 30 minutes to get motz ones. Said 5-10 minutes could go slower you can tell they were in no hurry almost like I put them out for asking for them. Horrible to say the least and manager could careless

this place deserves 0 stars. workers are disrespectful and sit on their phones while there is a line. one of them took a picture of someone in my group. i asked to talk to a manager about it and she rolled her eyes at me and told me that they didn't do that and was very rude. 0/10.

If I could give zero stars I would. I come to this location because it’s close and my kids love it. Workers will be standing around on their phones. It takes them entirely too long to make a smoothie and then when you get that $7 smoothie, it’s not even filled to the top. This location needs to have management gutted and start fresh with people who actually know how to run a business.

Today 7/27/2024 at 7:12 pm I came to this location since my kids love going to the mall and love eating mozzarella stuffed pretzel bites. When I ordered the girl at the register was shy and when I asked her a few questions the other girl next to her (not sure if she was the manager on shift) would answer for her but in a very rude and aggressive tone. I understand the place is busy and I’m okay waiting 10-15 minutes for my order but I cannot keep coming to a place were the staff treat us poorly, It’s terrible service, pretzels are great but the ladies don’t know how to treat a customer. I work in a restaurant I know we have to smile be kind and care for customers that are spending their money on the restaurant that hired us so we can have a job!!!

Pretzels are good enough for any potential gaps in other areas. Don't let the grumpy gooses turn you away, this spot has fresh pretzels that would make even your Auntie Anne enjoy them.

The young lady that took it order was extremely kind and told us that because of what we ordered it would be 5-8 minutes. She deserves 5 star.
After 10 min i went and just inquired (from who i assume is the manager, she was wearing a red shirt) how much longer it would be. She immediately snapped at me and said they make them to order. I told her that i understand that I placed my order 10 min ago. She just kept snapping at me whenever I said anything. I can understand things taking longer when it's busy and I don't mind waiting, I was just asking for an update. And I don't think it's very professional to snap at someone just got along a question. The manager to me is a 1 star.

don’t go here! first off the lady with the short hair and glasses was SO rude and was complaining in front of us and acted like we should not be there. like i get that you can hate ur job but leave then if you really hate it THAT bad. i got the berry burn, and it tasted like straight metabolism not enough strawberry banana. i gagged taking my first sip. then, in my smoothie THERE WAS A HAIR!! i’ve seen reviews saying there was a hair in their pretzels and smoothies. like do they do that on purpose? ew i will never go back here it ruined my appetite.
