Drive thru order was a complete disaster, the chicken wasn't cooked completely and the fries were squishy and soggy. I've had better fries from del taco! I tried contacting the manager and it was a young guy that says he can't find the order and it's just unfortunate that they were closed by the time I went back. So not only did I go back but had to stay stuck with grose food. I ended up going to del taco and giving the food to my dog. Very disappointed that it couldn't be resolved. The next day when I talked to the manager he said there's nothing he could do. Make sure your plates are cooked people. Cannot believe the horrible customer service either!

Overpriced. The breading was not crisp. The Texas toast was small it was warmish but not toasted. The fries were soggy/ limp. I had been fasting for 14 hours for a blood draw and was extremely hungry and it still didnt taste very good. I ate it in the parking lot looking across the road at another chicken restaurant that I should have gone to. The guy taking my order, didnt put it through or tell me my total and started talking to the next customer. I dont think I will be back. The girls at the window was great that is why they got two on service.

Food was perfect. They called out my order before I finished filling my drink so the service was very quick. Food was fresh and tastes good. I believe the music in the lobby is too loud to simulate conversation amongst each other but that's not a big deal.

They're chicken is amazing and the only reason I go there. They're fries are worse than Walmart freezer fries. The sauce is also really good. The prices are definitely too high but man is that chicken and sauce combo just so crazy good. Generally the staff are really good but they just seemed like they could care less on this particular day.
