This restaurant is a hidden gem. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. We ordered the dinner special and it was under $12 a person. It was sad that it was empty on a Saturday night. Give it a try!
Sweet and sour chicken was a tub of deep fried chicken and a tub of sweet and sour sauce. No onion, peppers or pineapple. Vegetable lo mien lacked flavor. This place isn’t what it used to be!
Good service & great food 👍 😋
I have came here several times over the past few years and love it each time! We never have had a problem with our dishes and it always comes out super quick and fresh! Karina was our server and she goes above and beyond!
5/5 stars great food, service and servers
I’m happy to say I will be returning to Royal Jade for more dine ins and take outs! The Shrimp low mein is absolutely perfect; definitely recommend
Went in and ordered dinner which was shirmp lo main orange chicken and a side of fried rice with extra shrimp 🍤 fried rice was great dinner plate awful only 2 shrimps and i got told by a little Hispanic girl to bring in and show her when i did not only was she very disrespectful she went off in spanish not know i speaked same language 🙃 Royal jade has went to hell make sure to look at reviews.awful how many shrimp are to be in ur lo mein i only got 2
Very nice servers and good food.
Food comes out so quick and all the workers are nice and well-mannered. This is the Orange Chicken Alacart and its so delicious, the chicken comes out fresh and hot, and I love that even this big portion of food comes with a side of white rice.
Honestly, love the food here a bit more than I should. I'm a picky eater but I've enjoyed the orange chicken, the tiny spicy chicken, the sesame chicken, the maderin chicken, the beef lo mein and the vegetable lo mein. Vegetable lo mein is top tier. I also enjoy both the hot and sour and egg drop soups. It makes me sad seeing reviews on here talking about the chow mein not having noodles when the lo mein is the one with the noodles 😿 omnomnomnomnomnomnomnomnom
Ordered fried rice like I always do without veggies and when I got there to pick up my order the worker proceeded to tell me that the owner said to charge me extra for TAKING OUT veggies. It’s understandable to charge more for putting in extra but to take it out is just ignorant. Not worth the bs.

Don’t eat here. You deserve better.
Ordered sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. When I got my order there was regular white rice. I called to ask them to fix it, but they didn’t want to, even when it costs them so little to do so. They don’t care about their clients. Poor customer service, and mediocre food at best.

Threw our food out midway only because I paid for it.
Tasteless chicken fried rice with cubed chicken and peas/carrots. All looked like was from a frozen bag.
Cashew nut beef had a little more taste but literally about 5-6 little pieces of beef.
Won't be eating here anymore.

We decided to try a different Chinese restaurant, but we won't be coming back here.
We ordered the sesame chicken, and while the plate was full of what looked like chicken, it turned out to be mostly breading. I'm pretty sure around a third of the pieces didn't even have chicken in them, just breading. The sauce was ok, nothing amazing, but not bad, but it tasted more like a sweet and sour sauce, but they did sprinkle sesame seeds on top, so I guess it qualifies as sesame chicken.
We also ordered their pork wontons, 8 for $6. They also were more wrapper than filling; the wrappers were thick and there was at least 3 times as much wrapper as filling.
Service was nice though, no complaints there.

It's just another Chinese place. Pretty sure the food is just microwaved because it is super super super hot and only takes a couple minutes to get your order. There is nothing about the food that makes it stand out any different than any other Chinese restaurant.
