I like this Sonic. Its got good food, however when I went today, I ordered, got home, and realized they'd forgotten one of the corn dogs I ordered and paid for. When I tried to call, no one answered. Make sure you have all your food before you leave. The one time you forget will be the time there's things missing

We stopped and got 2 strawberry shakes, 2 strawberry cheesecake shakes, and 1 other i don't remember the name. Took them home to roy for the rest of the family. Let's just say we couldn't tell the strawberry shakes apart.

So here it is about week to week and 1/2 later - my husband wanted to stop so I did. I pulled in and parked on the right side which is mobile orders. Cool I finished my online order. But when you look up to tell them which spot you are in both numbers look like it food go to that spot. They need to make that easier to know which one.

We got our food - and he ate his coney dog, I ate a smashed burger. As I started to pull out of the parking spot I took my first drink of my soda. Horrible. It was colored carbonation. Since we hadn't left their parking lot i pulled directly to the drive thru window and told them it was bad. He wasn't happy at all. He returned shortly after with a fresh drink. It wasn't till I was almost to roy that i took another drink - yuk all carbonation still.

I am curious why they give you the option to customize your order if they aren't going to follow it? I was saving my cheese fries to when I got home. I grabbed a bite and they didn't make them how I asked. I was even charged extra for them to not make them with shredded cheese.

Same as the shake. There is no cheesecake flavor to it at all. And no graham cracker either like their menu says.

The only one that seems to be cheerful and pleasant was the young girl that brought us our food she was great.

But even when it took over 45 min of hitting redial and not getting thru- finally when I did and was asking questions all they would say is that's how we make that. Well she acted like i was stupid for calling and i was wasting her time. So just don't plan on getting what you ordered and pay for if you make any customizations.

The last couple of years the service has really been awful. I don’t know what changed recently, perhaps new management or owners, but the turn around is amazing. They seem to be doing some updates aesthetically and it looks far better. And the service the last two times I have been there was perfect. It was fast, the food was done right, and the customer service was fantastic. Unbelievable improvements.

I'm not from around i decided to give it a try I ordered a double smasher and fries I got it in less than 3 min , the manager philip was really professional and nice , definitely will come back again

I placed an order through the app and ordered the wrong size. The manager worked with me in, got the much large larger drinks delivered in just a matter of minutes by Alexis. Thank you, sonic for a great customer service and tasty drinks!!

Today it took 30mins for my order. It was not busy when we ordered the food. There was one other car in the stalls waiting for food besides us. If I wanted to wait 30m for food, I'd have gone to a sit down restaurant. The food that came was wrong, cold and hard. 🤮 I didn't have another 30mins to wait for a correction. So $18 worth of dinner went to trash. If we would've had time to wait and didn't have an event scheduled already, I'd have waited for the correct food items. I have 0 desire to go back to this location again! I remember why it had been 2yrs since our last visit there. 🙄

This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to. Only a few stalls can be ordered from all the rest have no screens. After I ordered I waited for over 45 minutes and still had no food. I will never return to this location.
