Today it took 30mins for my order. It was not busy when we ordered the food. There was one other car in the stalls waiting for food besides us. If I wanted to wait 30m for food, I'd have gone to a sit down restaurant.
The food that came was wrong, cold and hard. đ€ź I didn't have another 30mins to wait for a correction. So $18 worth of dinner went to trash. If we would've had time to wait and didn't have an event scheduled already, I'd have waited for the correct food items.
I have 0 desire to go back to this location again! I remember why it had been 2yrs since our last visit there. đ

This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to. Only a few stalls can be ordered from all the rest have no screens. After I ordered I waited for over 45 minutes and still had no food. I will never return to this location.

Absolutely horrible canât rate the food because I never got it. I paid $40 and I have to call corporate for a refund đ€Šđ»ââïž. Got yelled at and the stuff I did get was cold and shakes melted.

They were pretty busy when we got there but they were moving quickly. The guy on the speaker was very helpful when we accidentally ordered the wrong thing. Presley was amazing and had a smile on her face when she brought out our order!

Been here multiple times and theyâve gotten my order wrong a couple times. But the most annoying thing is when they take your order through the drive through. I donât know if they canât hear well through the intercom or if theyâre just terrible at listening but, itâs frustrating having to constantly repeat myself.
The girl that is working on the drive through doesnât know how to put attention to the orders and have patience. Today around 6pm, I repeatedly told her what I wanted. Got to the window and I had to repeat myself twice again. She got annoyed. This is not the first time and is always the same girl getting the order wrong.

We went there just to get a shake and were pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices so we decided to grab some food too. The grilled cheeseburger and fries were sooo delicious! We were able to feed the 4 of us for under $30. 2 adults 2 teens⊠you rarely see that anymore these days! Speedy and great service too. Sonic definitely deserves more stars!!

The food is usually good, and the service is fast. My only complaint is that a few times the drinks lacked flavor due to issues with the soda machine. The inconsistency was a bit frustrating, especially when I didnât notice until after leaving. However, when I was there and tried a drink, they promptly replaced it.
