Southgate Tavern is the best hidden gem! They have karaoke three times a week (Monday, Thursday, and Friday) which is a fun time! They offer Circle Inn pizza and other various food. Drinks are great with good prices.

Went for a paint and sip and ended up having a pretty bad time so that was a huge waste. The environment felt very unwelcoming if you're not what seems to be a regular customer. The customer service at the bar was deplorable to say the least. Waited by where the sign said to and it felt like the bar tender went out of their way to ignore us amd even when they did the interaction was trash. Don't expect to be blown away but boy did they blow me away with disappointment. The paint and sip wasn't horrible but the instructions could have been better for people who aren't fans of arts and crafts. Honestly would not recommend to anyone, when you're spending good money you don't expect to be treated that poorly by staff.

The night tender is so cool, she remembered what I drank on only my 2nd time going in, it's a cozy little small town filling. Great company, pool tables, darts, karaoke on Monday nights. It's easy to find and easy to get to from the main road and the highway. Just outside of town about a mile.
