The drinks were fine but the person at the register took my $20 lied and charged it as $10. The money was straight from an ATM. Be careful when paying with cash.
Edit: I contacted the store by phone. I was told they would look into the matter. A manager called me back later to confirm the till had an extra $10 and offered to compensate me. I'm unlikely to take the offer since I live a ways away from this location and was just passing through on an errand.
I'm bumping up the service rating to reflect the effort.
I feel like this could have been avoided if the cashier double checked the cash when I pointed out the disparity in change instead of insisting that I handed them a $10 instead of a $20. I can shrug off honest mistakes but the insistence made it feel like I was party to foul play.

Stop here every other Friday while driving to Layton. Most times coffee is fine, but lately their hot drinks have been dangerous hot, just order a Americano 20 minute ago and burnt my throat, tongue and roof of mouth to where I'll probably have blisters, no excuse for the dangerous temperature of these drinks, after this last experience I no longer care to buy their drinks.
I ordered a Matcha latte, did not taste fresh. Looked at the container it was stored in and it obviously needs to be clean out and might need to refresh matcha product. And only on person working the driveway. I could not trade for another drink. Might want to check that out.
This location is so rude. I went through the drive-through and they made my drink wrong so I came in. I’m simply asked if she could remake my drink and a girl named Maria who is the supervisor screamed at me, said that I was lying about the drink, everybody was super rude here I recommend this Syracuse location.
I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years and usually enjoy consistent quality and service across locations. However, this particular location fell short. I ordered my usual drinks, which are made the same way at other Starbucks locations, but here, they didn’t even attempt to listen to my requests.
Customer service is such an important part of the experience, and it’s disappointing when that standard isn’t met. I hope they can work on improving this aspect for a better experience in the future.

This is the best Starbucks I have gone to in a while. I am a bit of a frequent flyer when it comes to Starbucks and have been for about nine years. I have watched good Starbucks service come and go, but I can honestly say that I have never had an issue at this particular Starbucks. It is the closest Starbucks to my work and I, therefore, purchase form here more often that I would choose to admit. Their drinks are always right, their Frappuccinos are always made to the perfect consistency and are never watery. The service has always been phenomenal but lately it has been exceptionally great. For example, during my break today my husband and I went to this Starbucks and the guy who took our order was so enthusiastic, funny and upbeat and got everything correct. He asked us what question we would like to be asked more of and my husband said what his favorite dinosaur was. I didn't catch the baristas name, however, I thought if I mentioned this specific example, he would at least be recognized. I would love to give props to him specifically. We left a larger tip than normal and drove away very happy.

A a life lobby Starbucks customer I have now switched to Dutch Bros. Why? Only one sugar free option, which boggles the mind considering they sell other portions at the store. Bad business and it's always boggles my mind that sugar free vanilla is the only choice.

The drinks always taste great, but the amount of ice is insane! I only get a grande because the other sizes are too much and I never finish them, but this one, was filled with ice! I’m not paying this much for ice.

I’m a sucker for good customer service and treating others well. I will go out of my way to support this location from seeing how they treat the young people coming into the store to get a drink.

excellent salon, wonderful service
This location frequently messes up my drink. I KINDLY ask them especially when I pay extra for cold foam or something specific for them to fix it. They then have the audacity to talk about me right there when they messed up. I will be switching to dutch bros. They aren't snobby there.
