I went through the drive-through and got a barista named Spencer. He was so kind and friendly. The crew made my drinks correctly and in a timely manner. Thanks for helping my morning run smooth!

It’s genuinely a 50/50 shot whether or not they’re going to get your drink right. I used to work as a barista, it’s not that hard. Like at the end of the day at least ask what my order is before you charge me… Today will be my last day going they charged me 3.25 extra for my drink. 8.25 for a pumpkin cream cold brew…? I would say it’s very worth the trip to drive five minutes to the one in Syracuse. They have better baristas.

I come to this store a lot, and usually it’s great but today my friend and I came in and decided to use the deal to get a brewed coffee and receive the 100 extra stars. However, we also had 200 stars and were saving it for next week to get a free drink. The barista took our order but didn’t ask if we wanted to use our stars and used them for our coffees, instead of allowing us to save them. I’m sure she thought she was doing us a favor by using the stars, but I do think the baristas should ask before using them especially in this case when our coffee was so cheap anyways. It also didn’t taste good. My friend and I are both disappointed that we used up our starts on a $4 coffee.
What a great location! Such good vibes and positivity always. I love how personal the staff is and they remember you. :) My coffee is always great. Thanks for making mine and my daughter’s coffee dates memorable.

I visit this location often due to it being close to where I work. Every time I visit the employees are so kind, especially a brunette boy that works drive up in the mornings. He needs a raise! I also choose this location over others due to the kindness of the employees.

I got the wrong size I paid for a Trenta. I’m home with a concussion my sister went to pick up us some drinks and this is what I get . I love the drink and I love Starbucks but I’m just disappointed that I paid for one size and got the wrong size please pay attention to detail

got an iced caramel macchiato via drive thru and i was online in line for about 5 minutes. the staff was friendly and made my drink quickly. just be weary that their drive thru is quite tight so if you have a truck, which we did, it’s a tight squeeze.
