Great place but two reserved parking at front for order pick up doesn’t make sense, they should be located at the rear parking, in essence I came to order and pick up, please get rid of this reserved parking..

Normally I go there and it moves very quick even when it's really busy but this morning 1/24/24. I ordered on the app. The store was really busy, but the two girls making the drinks we're moving like snails. Like they had two customers. There was no hustle it was ridiculous. I have to leave without getting my drink because I couldn't wait any longer. I waited 15 minutes.

I'll admit, at first glance, you would not expect me to be a patron of Starbucks... looks can be deceiving. Starbucks is delicious ?

They were out of everything we wanted, what we got was ok, but a little disappointing.

What is it with Starbucks not knowing what LIGHT ICE means? My mom got a tea and asked them for light ice on her drink. When it came out it was full of ice!! So she took out all the ice to see how much drink she actually got and that’s how much. You’d expect that after paying almost $10 for a drink they’d at least give you what you asked for.

I come often, and somehow they still manage to exceed my expectations every time. I think it starts with great leadership that sets a great example, then hiring and training great people and supporting them well. Staff works hard as hell, everyone really hustles but maintains great attitudes and smiles. Impressive how they remember names and drinks, and almost everyone who walks in is warmly welcomed. Even those leaving sometimes get a cheerful send-off. Drinks and food are consistently tasty. If I had a selfish wish it would be to hear more 1970s pop/rock on their music system, but I do hear it sometimes and I always enjoy my visit a bit more on those days! Hot tip: If you're not using the Starbucks app and rewards program, you're making a big mistake. I believe their app and rewards program are two of the best in the food/beverage industry.Parking: Plenty of parking on property or in adjacent businesses. Recommend not parking near door as daily deliveries may block you in. Also, chaotic drive-thru traffic warrants parking a bit further away and enjoying a short walk to the door.

Best Starbucks I've ever frequented!! Shoutout to Mark for always being so kind, courteous, and accommodating! If something doesn't taste right, they're very quick to correct an order and are very polite when doing so. Appreciate this location and the staff immensely for making my mornings brighter! Only downside is the drive-thru can be tricky to navigate, but no other complaints here. Keep up the good work!!Parking: Drive-thru isn't big enough to accommodate the magnitude of patrons.

I cant comment on food or atmosphere as I have never eaten of been inside, but I can say it one of few Starbucks that have always gotten it right not just the order but also the proper way in which the drinks are made. Keep up the good work as i am a daily customer.

Loving the holiday cups! I rarely go to the Starbucks on Hillfield as I am always in Target and just grab coffee there but when I am not wanting to go to Target I'll take a drive to the Starbucks on Hillfield. I did a mobile order so my order was ready when I got there, a little disappointed as usually my Togo orders have stoppers in them and my drinks would be in a carrier, today was not the case, so I had to do it myself. I ordered for myself venti hot white chocolate mocha my go to! A cookies and cream cake pop and iced cinnamon dolce latte, I got home and realized the cake pop was chocolate and not cookies and cream and the Iced cinnamon dolce was more watered down and couldn't really taste the coffee. I usually never had issues at Starbucks, today was a first and semi. But definitely recommend

Quick drive thru, and the Drive Thru cashier (Donnie) absolutely made my day!

I love Coffee. It’s a fundamental part of my morning. It’s important to get it right specially when you’re getting paid for it. That said how do you get something so simple so wrong. I asked for light ice and they gave me enough ice to replenish the ice caps. Like, put your gender studies degree to good use and give me light ice. Lady that took my order was nice tho

Great service. They just desperately need to move to a new location. It’s almost impossible to get in/out of this parking lot, and if it’s busy, might as well go somewhere else (or else you’re literally playing bumper cars). Most coffee places have drive thru’s that are long, yet this one is only a few feet. Other than the parking/drive-thru situation, service and quality is great. It’s just time to expand!

In town for a few weeks. Looked forward to a warm cup of coffee on this cold, October evening. Visited at 530pm today and they gave me a cold cup of coffee. It really blows my mind that this company, who takes pride in their coffee, still hires people that don't care. What's hard is that I, like many other people, are counting every penny in these economic squalls. And that's what I paid my money for....a cold cup of coffee. For the rest of my time visiting this town, this store won't get another transaction out of me.

Starbucks is okay, but the thing I really dislike is their policy against decorating their stores seasonally. They're so "P.C." that they're absolutely terrified of offending a certain (comparatively tiny) customer base.
