I dont know who is the new owner of this location but they need to get a grip on there employees. One employee can't handle questions, another can't speak or understand English and the 3rd that was working was walking around like she didnt even know why she was there. The one with the manager shirt went in yhe back of the store in the middle of a rush and started slamming pots around so it sounded like a tonado was going threw there. Leaving 2 employees that had no idea what they was doing or how to speak to the customer. It took 20 mins to make 5 sandwich. Non of the to go online orders where ready. Then when this women walked back up front and was stomping around, she was asked who the owner was. She said dont know find out. Then threw the customer out of the store and refused service for asking her name and for the owner. Saying yhe customer had a attitude. I'm sorry if you are a new manager with a new crew dont you post on the door or window saying longer then wait time. Your customers are not mind readers and definitely not there to watch you and your employees have melt downs cause you can't handle 5 sandwiches. Especially if you dont know who walks in the door of your store. It could be corporate or better yet the better business, or maybe someone much worse. A pissed off customer that dont have time to wait for your temper tantrum.

I eat here on a weekly basis because the value, quality, staff and cleanliness. The ingredients are fresh, the staff are exceptional and they are ALWAYS cleaning. Of all the places I could get a sandwich in Layton, I will always choose this place. D&Z rock!

The two ladies that were there today May 29 2025 at 12:45 pm were Amazing!! Service was excellent and courteous. Everything was so clean and organized I was amazed. It's been awhile since I've been to a good Subway. Thank you ladies.

I have not been to a cleaner Subway in my life! Everything is spotless and well managed. I stopped going to Subway due to the increased prices. This location has an affordable lunch special, great service, and outstanding cleanliness. I was so impressed.

We ordered 4 sandwiches. 2 turkey, club and 2 meatball. One turkey was ham. I guess they don't train in the difference in meat. We also ordered a 6 inch and a footlong meatball. One meatball had absolutely NO sauce and the meatballs were burned. The footlong had sauce or a red coloring on about 1/3 of the sandwich. The chain or at least this location has no quality assurance, control or care for the customers. Do not order from this location.
I needed a catering order on short notice. So I went to my neighborhood Subway. They woman who took my order was friendly & fast. The breads & veggies were fresh. So I'm sure our youth group will enjoy them while camping. This is my FAVORITE Subway.
