If I could give this place no starts I would , I’ve eaten here maybe less than a handful of times and every experience is awful I’m talking horrible rude and ignorant service , sloppy stale food thrown together without any consideration, I’ve had hair in my sandwich and tried to get issues resolved and was met with a nonchalant attitude and no regard for decent service or hospitality please please save your money do not waste it at this establishment I’ve never been so disappointed they deserve to be shut down completely!

I will not go to this subway again, on 4 occasions I have gone and the same guy EDD serves me, he is very rude, bad-tempered, impatient... he does not know how to work customer service, the first time I went he treated me normally... the second time I thought he had just had a bad day... the third time the same bad treatment, and this fourth time he treated us like garbage, if he does not like his job or simply does not know how to treat the public he should not be there... very bad experience

Honestly I don’t normally post reviews, but after coming in tonight I’m beyond frustrated. We came in 15 minutes before close, which I understand is cutting it close, however I just got off work, at my own food place, and it was something I’d been looking forward to all day. When we got in the store we were immediately told, “we close in 10 minutes you need to hurry.” I went on to order my food, being totally unaware that there were two types of chicken and when I wasn’t sure what type I wanted I was told, “well if you didn’t know what you wanted you shouldn’t have come in.” We were quickly rushed through the line being treated like we were just getting in the way. If I have the option I probably will never be back to this location because of the lack of customer service, and the general rudeness of the people. I genuinely don’t recommend this place to anyone if you want to be treated like you’re an actual person.

There’s a worker named ED and he is so impatient. Whenever my family goes in I’ll start my order and then he’ll QUIETLY ask how many sandwiches instead of just figuring out what’s on mine first bc sometimes they don’t know when they want immediately and I especially don’t know what bread they want so how about you guys hire workers with actual patients so I feel welcomed and not rushed. That and he needs to be louder and work on his customer service. Thanks.

Why? hasn't my girlfriend Suzy the monkey 🐵 done her chores and cleaned my den. Oh 😳 I hate everyone. Sammy then began to get more depressed and emotions in his head began to rage like an 🌊 full of waves. Then being so pissed 😡 off he walked outside and began to yell and scream. Suddenly it began to 🌧️ rain and the wind 🌬️ began to blow Sammy away into the forest where his friend Luke said never go alone and it's the forbidden path not heavenly father's plan to stay on the iron rod is a must or your lost and never found again. Oh 😳 said Sammy if only I had Suzy my girlfriend to show me the right path home once more and here amazing 💋 once more. Suddenly the rain 🌧️ changed to hail and then worse it began to snow. Oh 😳 Sammy now felt dark and dreary and it was getting dark. What do I do now thought Sammy. Oh 😳 Sammy was waist deep in snow ❄️ and far from home and now pitch dark 🌑 amongst the ✨ s. Oh Sammy said stars in the heavens above what should I do? Well Sammy didn't know his friends actually loved him and have been searching for hours for Sammy. His friends remembered in times of darkness to kneel before Jesus and pray 🙏. Dear heavenly Father our friend is lost please help him remember to pray 🙏 prayer will rest the weary 😩. Suddenly a man with a lantern appeared in front of Suzy and Luke. Who are you they replied? The man answered gate keeper 🗝️ follow my footsteps in the snow and stay to the path don't fall off and we will find Sammy and bring him back home. Sammy now was freezing 🥶 and almost finished snow up to his neck deep. Finally he decided to let his emotions of anger 🤬 go and remember to pray 🙏 and remember Jesus number one commandment 💕 one another and always remember him. Sammy began praying and the angels 😇 above heard him and shined a 🕯️ down on the path so gate keeper and his friends could save Sammy. Suddenly after 12 hours Sammy was reunited once more with his friends. The weather finally changed from night to day and heavenly Father came down and sat by all of them and there was hugs 🤗❤️ all around and butterflies everywhere and they all expressed their love for each other and gave thanks. The angels 😇 came down and they all began to dance 🩰 no there wasn't a pail moon light 🕯️ or stars anymore but it sure felt good 👍 knowing 70 degrees was pure heaven 💖 once more. Oh 😱 said Sammy I will never use the word hate again. The word hate only brings pain and suffering and hurts friendships and family. Always remember love ❤️ one another. My son accidently ordered from the incorrect subway. The phone number is incorrect or someones cell is posted. We have tried calling to fix our order over 20 times. I even looked at the live tracker and it said they were not busy and no wait so either the owner of this franchise needs to update their phone number or just change the voicemail to subway instead of a random guy. I like subway I just dont understand the logic of running a business and no way for customers to get in touch with them. Our normal subway has always been wonderful Im sad this one does not focus on customer service we just wanted to cancel it but now stuck with paying for it and no way to pick it up.

Was overcharged for my sandwich called to get a refund for the overcharge on 10/04. Manger wasn't in so they took my name and number and the manager never called back. Will be disputing the charge since they won't resolve the issue.
I ordered for delivery at 10:20am this morning and it’s now 12:30pm I’d understand maybe a 30 min late delivery but 2 hours and I’m still waiting? I’ve called your phone number over and over with. No answer. At this point I like a refund but the website is ridiculous plus there’s no customer service online..

Hey Zach. Don’t ever make your in house guests who have 1 sandwich wait for you to slowly make huge online tickets that aren’t even there yet waiting. This staff was not moving like they are getting paid but as if they were home. Aweful customer service.
