I'm giving this Subway 5 stars. If you go to Subway, you know what you're getting into. As far as Subways go, this one was just like all the rest. I got a meatball sub on asiago cheese bread. It tasted as expected, which isn't saying a lot, but it was perfect for a Subway sub, which means it tasted just OK. The restaurant was quiet, and that was perfect. It was also very clean, and that scores big points with me. So, in summary, I had the most perfect Subway experience: OK food, quiet and clean. Ahhh. :)

Do not buy from this location because the environment is not clean the service is trash they got my order wrong I emailed them to tell them my concerns and they just sent me an email my case was resolved ridiculous the place is unsanitary and need to train there employees better I got food poisoning because they can’t seem to switch off gloves after touching equipment in the work space really disappointed in the way the situation was handled how my order was just left there to sit without telling me it was mine they barley even acknowledged me when I walked in save yourself time money and a headache

My family and I just moved here a few months ago. My wife recently picked up a job and so she was working tonight. The kids had a late lunch today, so I knew they would need a late dinner and I was out of ideas at home. With their stomachs growling, I had to make a decision fast. Only problem is that I’ve got three picky eaters on my hands. When I asked them where they wanted to eat, they all three said the same answer, “Subway!” I quickly Googled the time our Subway closed and I had only minutes left. Despite their closing time in 30 minutes, I was greeted with a warm welcome at the drive thru speaker and the window. And even with my order of 4 meals, my order was ready very fast. The order was all correct and fresh. Having prior work history in the food industry for almost 15 years, I greatly appreciated this entire experience. To the manager of this location, please give special recognition to the two employees that worked tonight. Thank you for making our late night adventure a success. This is “our” subway now.

Clean store, quick pickup, however the order was minimum. Any extras or requests for less of something were ignored. This is the third time, will be going to a different location from now on.

Kaylyn and Colton greeted me this morning. First thing I noticed was how spotlessly clean the whole restaurant was. Kaylyn told me about the new rewards program. I immediately signed up. I come from Ogden to a business near this subway. I will definitely come here every 2 weeks when I'm in town

The food is really good but man, the workers can't smile or laugh. I'm a big people person and work in the industry myself. If I was not friendly or smiled or laughed when a customer was clearly trying to joke, I wouldn't have a job. Makes the overall experience not exciting.

Unsure of why you have a phone number if the store will not take calls from anyone. 7 missed calls. Would have been nice to talk to someone about an issue.

Never had a more disappointing sandwhich. Barely any toppings. Paid 3$ dollars for bacon and only got one piece on a foot long. Pretty pathetic. Definitely not going back to this location

The guy who helped was super nice but clothes were dirty nails dirty and the place was nasty I literally paid for a 13 dollar meal and tossed it when I got home I couldn't eat it I was so grossed out.

Reminded me why I don't go to subway. 10 minute wait in a 1 car drive through, got to finally order after waiting an additional 5 minutes at the speaker. They then gave me a device to give them a tip. The sandwich was also just awful, and luke warm at best.

Got a couple subs the day i'm writing this. Employee who took the other was clearly out of it or high or something, got the order wrong after being REPEATEDLY told what it was I wanted.

If I could give this place no starts I would , I’ve eaten here maybe less than a handful of times and every experience is awful I’m talking horrible rude and ignorant service , sloppy stale food thrown together without any consideration, I’ve had hair in my sandwich and tried to get issues resolved and was met with a nonchalant attitude and no regard for decent service or hospitality please please save your money do not waste it at this establishment I’ve never been so disappointed they deserve to be shut down completely!

I will not go to this subway again, on 4 occasions I have gone and the same guy EDD serves me, he is very rude, bad-tempered, impatient... he does not know how to work customer service, the first time I went he treated me normally... the second time I thought he had just had a bad day... the third time the same bad treatment, and this fourth time he treated us like garbage, if he does not like his job or simply does not know how to treat the public he should not be there... very bad experience
