Today's employee Monday, February 10, 2025 at 12:30PM, very poor aptitude and terrible service... what a shame, I like coming here but this person is very poorly educated, I don't think he should be in charge of this establishment

Whoever is running this subway should be fired, rehired and fired again. I can't even get a damn sandwhich because the customer service is so bad, the employees are always incompetent.
No more chances with this place.

I used to go to this subway a couple times per week. Ever since new management took over a couple years ago they've been terrible. They talk down to their customers and skimp on all the ingredients and then her irritated when you question them. There's plenty of subways around...this is one to avoid!

If you want to go to subway, steer clear of this one at all costs! This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to. I love subway, and this is the closest one to my house. So I often have to go to this one. But it always taste horrible. Every single time I ask for my sandwich to be toasted, it is not. It is always falling apart and the veggies are always slimy. And the amount of times they have gotten my order wrong, or put things on there I didn’t ask for is insane. I’ve gone to this one and I had to throw it away it was so bad. Then I went to the one on Hill Field Road right after and it was heavenly. Definitely go to that one if you want subway, it is only a few miles away. 1 out of 5 stars!!

The employee was complaining to their coworker the entire time, and the sub I received was not even half the size comparatively to other sub-ways in the area. Was very disappointed.

Food was the same as always but the person helping us was infuriating. The store was empty so I expected quick and efficient service but the kid who helped us asked what I wanted 3 times and still got it wrong. I said at least twice at the beginning that I wanted a 6 inch sandwich and she just used a full foot long bread anyways. I didn’t notice until the end because I was busy choosing my toppings but when we got to the end we corrected her and she said “well maybe you should have said that” under her breath. Extremely rude seeing as we did in fact say that more than once. We said everything more than once. It took like 10 minutes to get our single 6 inch sandwich which is frankly kinda ridiculous. Maybe train your people on how to listen.

I went there with my wife for a quick sandwich and after giving our order the guy in the drive through gave us attitude then when I got home I opened my sandwich for it to look like it was thrown together with no care in the world. 1/5 will not be returning here again.

I haven’t been to a subway in months but had a craving for a sandwich, the guy that made it was nice but he haphazardly threw together my sandwich; clumps of veggies in one location with no attempt to spread them evenly, same with the condiments/sauce, my spinach was hanging out the side of the sandwich and he didn’t even cut it in equal halves. The toilet in the restroom was also nasty but that may be the fault of the gas station (speedway) because the subway is located inside. Safe to say I probably won’t be going to a subway for a while, maybe not speedway ether (Mavericks restrooms are usually cleaner). Initially gave 3 stars but lowered to 2 because I remembered they didn’t ask about toasting my bread (never had that happen in 25-50 visits over the years; so I ate my sandwich cold ?)

The sandwiches here are incredible and the cookies are sooooooo good, I love the people there, and even the employees, which normally would slack off before their break, where super friendly to my mother, who doesn't speak English very well, awesome service, awesome sandwiches, and definitely recommend going there, only complaint, I think is that we didn't get notified about extra price for some items, but I think that's ok, because we haven’t gone there before when we went for the first time, other than that, 4.5 starsI love the logo design and the creativity, but what's the arrows in the S and the Y for? I just want to know because I haven't figured that out yet, I also love how they have many locations in my general area so whenever I'm riding along, I convince my family to see if we want to stop and eat some. going off topic here, before I've ever tried subway, I thought a footlong was about as long as cartoons (I was 7 years old when I thought that,Also, guys I'm trying to win a comp where I write the most liked review in our group of people, all this said is true and I love subway. (I want to try the footlong cookie, I haven't tried it lol)

Ky is the employee that helped me yesterday. He was extremely professional, courteous, well spoken, well mannered, and asked me about my day and how things were for me. I am so glad I had the opportunity to talk to Ky as it made my day and I don’t see that much from 19 year olds as of late. Thank you for your attention to detail with my sandwich and for the GREAT conversation. 5 stars for Ky and this Subway!!!

Food was terrible. The worker was terrible and couldn't even understand what I was trying to order so after messing it up multiple times I gave up and ended up paying twice as much for food I didn't even want. It was all bad enough that I felt the need to go out of my way to write a poor review which is not something I ever do.

Horrible experience. The sub was not even made correctly. When I went back to get my money back the 2 kids that were ( the only ones) working there said, ‘We are under 18 so we can’t authorize a return.’ First of all -isn’t that illegal to have employees underage who are there w/o an adult managing them? They had zero customer service training. The girl kept running her fingers thru her uncovered hair behind the counter and the boy was rubbing his face and trying to pop a pimple while at the register. They broke all kinds of safe food handling laws!! And -the food was bad! There is a new owner. 2 months. Beware!Really bad!
