I used to come to this location quiet a bit as it’s close to my job, but I stopped going to this location because they messed up my sandwich every time I’d go through the drive thru, and wouldn’t fix it or refund me when I’d bring in my sandwich, to show them they made it wrong, I don’t understand how you mess up making a BLT, but they do.
Every time I’ve ordered a BLT, I’ve gotten a burnt, bacon and olive sandwich, which isn’t what I ordered.
The ice machine is always broken and the sodas are always flat and not good.
The employees also always look extremely high, and like they don’t know how to do their job.

I used to avoid this location even though it was down the street from my house. However , the past couple of visits have been so good! Great service, very clean, and very professional!

No toaster, no ice machine, brown lettuce, and no discounts or offers of alternate deals. It's probably the most run-down subway I've been to in the Mountain West.

I asked 3 sandwiches from the app to be toasted but none of them came toasted, it is not the first time I have issues with this location and the only way you can claim is through the useless website, Please don't go to this location, or review what you get before leaving

Me and my mom keep coming here and I honestly have no idea why. It's the closest restaurant to our house and we've always liked subway, but this one individual subway has consistently been a horrible experience every single time. This time I'm just so annoyed I had to write a review. So we went through the drive thru, the bot greeted us and said order when your ready and my mom tried to say stuff but nobody responded. So after waiting a while we just pulled up to the window and this nice teen says "oops sorry it broke" and yeah we started ordering. and the employee is fine I guess but apparently the machine couldnt give us a meal without putting it on the sub that made the meal more expensive, so there's that. So after waiting for 20 minutes like we do every time, he gives us our food. After driving off we see our food and holy after waiting 20 minutes it should not be this quality. The cookies are cold and burned or just left somewhere outside for 13 eons cuz they were hard as a slab of concrete. I tasted my soda and it was flatter than the earth dude I genuinely wanted to gag. Also they forgot the ice. Oh yeah the sandwiches were gas though but the bread is weird every time. I have multiple stories like this also. I'm pretty sure the owner couldn't give a damn about this establishment because there are no workers and all the equipmentsis low quality or plain doesn't work. Also one time me and my mom went there and there were no managers just four bratty girls on their phones so that was another time we had to pull up to the window and knock on it. Ice machine no worky. Flat drinks, lettuce was brown. Said something to the workers about fixing it. Said they can’t…got pissed and through my crappy lunch in the trash and left. Quit being so lazy. Me and one other person in there

I was visiting Layton with my daughter and I went through the drive-through and ordered 2 foot long turkey and avocado wraps. We waited for at least 15 minutes to get those wraps and when we got them, we were in a rush so we grabbed the bag and took off. When we finally got to my sisters house we realised that we had only gotten one of the orders. It was a long drive back to that location so I tried to call and the number was not in service. So I called the Dairy Queen across the road from them and they gave me another number that did not work. I then contacted another subway location and they said that they would look into it and call me back. They did not. The next day I contacted the same subway location and a kid there said that he would call me back - which he did he did and said that he had contacted the owner of that location who said he was busy just then but he would definitely call us to help us. He never did. What a joke of an owner! What a joke of a store. Complete lack of customer care and service. I basically paid $26 for one foot long wrap and the owner couldn’t have been bothered enough to make right by his customer. Don’t come to this place.

I didn't get to catch her name, but there was a new girl working today that was completely alone and slammed, but still stayed calm and worked it out just fine. I had to wait a little bit and I mixed up my order, but the sandwich was great! She was very nice too, great service.

Went here on Sunday for a bite with my family.
The bathrooms here are horrendously disgusting. Food quality suffers as well. The bread tasted a bit too soft and the produce lacked fresh qualities. I recommend going to a different location.
Service was great from one young male worker in particular, enough to tip him regardless of the faults here. He was very engaged, focused on our needs, and was kind. The other female employee completely ignored us.

I’ve been eating here just about weekly for the last six years. It’s a convenient location for me during the lunch hour… The last I don’t remember how many months the ice machine has been broken. Staff is usually good about having a bag of ice on hand but not always… which leads me to grabbing a drink out of the fridge which has a poor selection. There are three other subways to choose from, all close enough for me to go to one of them instead. If you’re not going to fix the ice machine, will you at least give some better options for the fridge selection? Water? Diet Coke? Etc.

The more works are heat exhausted no ac hasn’t been no ac for a while seems like poor management. These poor works are so red and look like there bout to pass out . Shame on owners of this subway !.
The bathrooms looked like they were never cleaned and they were unisex bathrooms which was uncomfortable so they should just get man and woman bathrooms.
