Not sure what happens but this happens kinda often ether it’s to many items not ordered or not the right items. This instance tacos were wrong and burritos and somehow got extra food items

Will someone please speak with Diana in regards to making sure she is telling the customers at the drive thru the correct amount for the total please. She told me “$3.37” after ordering three of the $9 value boxes. I asked to clarify because that didn’t sound right. She repeated “$3.37” again and I explained I had ordered three so that doesn’t make sense. She then said “oh, yeah it’s $33.37” shaking my head due to her not listening and realizing she told me the wrong amount. When I pulled up to the window she claimed she had said $33.37 the whole time but no that’s not true. She really needs to take that septum piercing out and get a better attitude. She’s not very pleasant. She didn’t even smile. She did say sorry but it was definitely not genuine.

Service here is ok, I'll say good. Food was OK, what I have notice is that when they ask you if you want to double the meat and you say NO, they give you a very small amount of it and when you pay extra to double the meat, you get just enough, which i think should be the normal amount on a regular item. Inside the restaurant, you always find employees just standing there talking among each other, vaping inside. When they see you walk in, they like look at each other waiting to see if one volunteers to go to the counter and help you with your order. It's just a weird vibe inside, that's the reason why I started using drive-tru instead.

Food was good, but the employees were lazy and did not care to help. I went up and stood at the counter to see if they had more mild sauce. I saw multiple employees look at me, ignore me, and go back to their conversations and keep staring in my direction.

The night shift for tonight absolutely sucked and I’ve honestly never seen such bad service through a drive thru. Firstly, whoever was taking the order was taking forever to take our order. We waited probably about a solid two minutes before he finally asked for one of the drinks. This was after he marked one of the meals with the incorrect drink, to specify we never said what drink because we were waiting on him to ask. As well as making sure he got the things we didn’t want on the order. It was taking him forever to get it on the screen. We probably sat there for 7 minutes before finally being able to pull up. Which we didn’t order a lot. Two meals and a two different sides.Then at the window the kid with all the tattoos and black hair damn near hit my girlfriend in the face trying to hand back my card. Wait there’s more, same kid handed us two bags at the same time and nearly dropped our order before she could even grab it. Luckily she was able to catch it at the bottom with her other hand Then he just closed the window. Nothing was said, just everything being slung out the window. Fast food is basic ass customer service and if your employees can’t do so much as smile then your manager is failing them. The absolute only reason this was given two stars is because they didn’t mess the order up.

ordered 3 cheesey bean and rice burritos fresco online but i accidentally ordered it to the drive through. i called to tell them i was coming inside since i was close enough to walk, but they didnt answer the phone. i called a second time in case they were busy, but they didnt answer again. when i got there, the lobby was closed for maintenance. i waited outside the drive through for a while and then by the time a customer came to order, they then helped me. they then told me to wait for the other customer to be finished and leave before before i could get my order. thats kind of poor customer service principles to help the person that just arrived before the person who has not only been waiting but already paid. by the time i walked back to work and opened up my order, i realized they were almost fresco style, but not quite. they were quite literally just rice and beans. not quite the cheesey rice and bean burrito but not quite fresco. nothing crazy majorly bad happened, but a lot of poor principles are running this place for sure. they really need to shape up somehow. if someone tries to say this is a language barrier issue they should be yelled at. i’m very surprised at this place, i used to live close to here.
