I was here about two weeks ago and realized after getting home that my order was messed up. I called the store directly to complain. I was asked my name and told I’d have a credit for a meal the next time I came in. I was just there tonight and they couldn’t find any record for my free meal.

I bought group meals on Halloween. All the tacos were soggy, the wrapping was sticky, and the other food was too hard to touch without a ton of napkins! How can you guys make tacos so badly that the filling pops out? As soon as we opened the wrapper, all the food and juices spilled out and everyone's clothes got terribly dirty! What is the general manager teaching them about how to make it? They should properly instruct their employees! I happened to go to Taco Bell this time, and this is what I got!

I would’ve given this five stars but they’ve been slipping as of late. I used to come here all the time but of the last 3 times I’ve gone they’ve only gotten my order correct once. I’m very understanding if you’re out of a certain product but then just let me know at the drive up window. Don’t just substitute without asking me. They aren’t rude or bad otherwise but I’m getting frustrated with not receiving the food I ordered.

WEIRD! There was a dog walking around the restaurant almost going into the kitchen several times. Off work employee left dog in the men's bathroom and women's a few times.. several employees also went into the bathroom to see dog and employee in the bathroom. Didn't see them washing hands after seeing dog.. also other employees were handed pack of cigarettes into the kitchen. Maybe avoid this location..

Hands down, this is thee best Taco Bell in the area, and my boyfriend and I eat Taco Bell A LOT. We will literally drive further to this Taco Bell just because we know the quality is going to be top notch. I’ve also noticed some other locations here water down the Baja blast with starry and we have NEVER experienced that here, the baja blast runneth over and it’s always perfect.

Me and my wife got there after getting a really bad service at Wendy's, my day was bad, but then Casey helped us with our order with a really nice and enthusiastic energy and vibe, this was around 8pm, we got our food and it was fresh and hot, I recommend this location for taco bell, thank you Casey!!

I came here at 7:00 on sunday 5/4. Food was great and fast, but I noticed the manager (I'm assuming she was the manager) was really rude and snappy to at least one of her employees and it was hard to see. :(
