I ordered online and went to pick up inside. I saw what Iassumed to be my drink. They were still preparing my food. My drink sat there for 20 minutes before my food was ready. By the time i got my food most of the ice was melted and my drink was watered down. Please instruct your employees to do the drink LAST!

The goofball at the window had the nerve to ask if I wanted to “round up”. Whatever type of scam this is, it should absolutely stop. With insane inflation and corporate greed completely unchecked, billion dollar corporations now have the nerve to just flat out ask for free money. How disgusting.

Shrinkflation is hitting hard. Everything tastes like lettuce and store bought tortilla because there's almost no meat. A crunchy taco weighs nothing and each bite is watery because of how much lettuce there is.Not worth it AT ALL.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever tried to order from. They should be shut down and open a place that actually cares about giving ppl good food. The owners should be ashamed of what they have set as the standard

I ordered in person at the register. Food was made quick and the order was correct. As I sat and ate lunch with my grandkids. A different employee came and stood at the register. When customers would walk in and go to order the employee, that was doing absolutely nothing, except standing at the register, would instruct them to order on the kiosk and then if paying with cash he would help them. It was lunch hour and I think it would be better customer service to take orders and those that want to use kiosk can do so.
