Stopped by for a team celebration and sat on the back porch. Service - great thank you Melinee, beer - great. The fact that you have to be 21 to even enter - perfect.
I have eaten at the Coop three times before and have been amazed. I tried the Hot Mess. Not bad, but doesn't come close to the other entrees I've had - Burnt Ends Mac and Cheese, BBQ, etc.

This was one of my favorite places.. the last 3-4 visits have been terrible I keep giving it another chance based on the original experiences I had but going forward will not bother eating here. Evening staff ignores you and menu has gone from great to gross I haven’t enjoyed a meal here in months . Please go back to basics and encourage staff to be attentive . Drinks are a go food is a No!

If you’re looking for the best burgers and fries in town, look no further than Roosters The Coop! From the first bite, it was clear we were in for something special. The burgers were perfectly juicy, packed with flavor, and stacked just right—not overloaded, but every ingredient played its part beautifully. And the fries? Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection.
But let’s talk about the real star of the show: the fry sauce. This wasn’t just any sauce; it was a divine creation. So smooth, so rich, so downright addictive, it could only be compared to Jesus’ baby gravy—a holy experience in condiment form. We found ourselves dunking everything in it, and honestly, if they bottled it, we’d be first in line to buy a gallon.
Great food, chill atmosphere, and service that makes you feel at home—Roosters The Coop is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back for more!

Overall a pretty good time! We only got small items, but the rest of the menu looks good. Decent selection of drinks, full bar. There are tables as well as a lounge area with couches.

We love coming to the coop. The food is great. The drinks are great. And we love the staff.
The Coop is a special place. Great food, great selection of drinks, and a quality staff. Located next to Roosters is a plus - go to the brew pub Restaurant with the kids (Roosters), or the brew pub Bar with the grown ups (Coop). Roosters also has a tiny beer store where you can purchase local six packs or fresh growlers to go.

Super disappointed. We waited a while for a table and specifically asked the waitress for one by the windows (something special for our anniversary). When a table became available, the bartender (Brin) chose to seat her single friend at the four-top instead. To make matters worse, she was eating off her friend’s plate the entire time. We ended up at a small table on the side.
While waiting, another table became available, but it was never cleaned or offered to us during our visit. The food came out cold for the second time in a row, and the staff couldn’t be bothered to assist with anything we needed.
Overall, the experience has drastically declined. Almost a year ago, things were great with Preston at the helm, but now, the service and quality have completely tanked. Honestly, you’re better off heading to 7-11 for a crusty pizza roll and a lukewarm beer—it’ll cost a lot less too.
It’s a shame. This used to be a good place.

The service was terrible. I felt ignored and like they didn't care. This was my favorite place to go on a date night with my husband but after tonight we sadly won't be returning unless things change.

Food is alright and beer is decent. Nothing I would talk home about though. Did enjoy the craftsmanship of the liquor shelves, hats off to whomever did the welding.
Bit concerning about a cop parked acrossed the street. Talked to the hostess about it, apparently its a daily thing? I would have a talk with the police department if I was the owner, bordering harassment of customers. I get it, cops like a daily routine, but parked at a bar everyday doesnt exactly invite a welcoming atmosphere.
Aside from that, check was overcharged. 10 dollar charge for black album on check? Not sure what thats about, the bar was pretty empty, hard to make mistakes on customers checks when there isnt much going on. Bartender was swift in correcting it, and she had a great smile so shes forgiven.

Dinner was great. Atmosphere was a bit noisy for us, but it is a bar. Brownie dessert left a bit to be desired.

We came because it smelled so good outside the last time we left Roosters. Upon arrival they required scanning our ID'S like we were entering a restricted area. I asked her why and she said that's Utah law. I said why is it required and she said because it's the rules. I said I've lived in Utah my entire life and I've never had my I. D required to be scanned at a restaurant upon entry or even a bar for that matter. She got kind of huffy and had a semi-annoyed look. I was put off instantly by the attitude. Our server was wonderful and had a great disposition though so we carried on. I got the Tex Mex salad. It was fresh and flavorful but the chipotle ranch dressing was way spicier than a standard dish should be with no menu warning. They didn't serve root beer and were out of the appetizer ordered. I didn't think anything was exceptional and left feeling dissatisfied. I said to my friend I wouldn't be back. Don't think this place will make it.
