This is was my first time trying it and I did curbside pickup so I ordered online and they don’t make it easy on the bun option, all there cheeseburgers come in a lettuce wrap, I didn’t know what it meant by lettuce wrap so I left it and my cheeseburger was wrapped in lettuce with no bun, so when I got home I had to put my burger on sandwich bread

Horrible experience. Ordered a double car meal and upside to a large and got a kids meal. Got 2 small fries and they forgot the kids chocolate milk. Waste of money, plus they have the stupidest automated system to call so you can't even reach a real person just all around horrible experience no refund no remade food nothing fixed.
Always get the Santa Barbara and it's great. Fries and drink are overpriced! Update; August 2025, this place no longer honors the military by providing a discount. All food prices are double since the last time I visited 7 years ago. I'm a disabled veteran, good day.

Ordered online said it was ready went into location. Didn't greet me even tho the whole staff just staring at me then was told it hasn't been made waited 30 mins for 1 double char. Didn't even tell me it was ready. Ate it cold.
