I really like coming to The Habit Bar & Grill. The food is consistently good and it doesn’t take long to come out, even when they’re busy. I appreciate that they have self-service kiosks so you can order quickly without having to wait at the counter if it’s crowded. The staff is always nice and easygoing, which makes the experience better every time. I usually get the Charburger meal (single patty), and it’s always really solid. The price is a little high for a burger, fries, and a drink, but overall the food and experience make it worth it.

As always, burger was great. The lady who took our order was really nice. Out of all the habits I have been to in my many years, this one in Layton has been exceptional.
While I had a lovely double char with cheese on sourdough, I can also recommend their fresh salads.

I came here a year ago and loved the food but hated the customer service but today when I came in it was better the cashier Christina was very sweet I didn’t know what to get and she was very patient with me she helped me look through a smaller menu after she even complimented me and brought my food out to my table when i was done eating she threw out my trash for me she was going the whole 9 yards for me and my husband I definitely recommend eating here if you like friendly servers even the cooks were welcoming greeting us as soon as we walked in the general manger was also walking around asking how food was and making friendly conversation

Tonight was a disappointment with our order being all wrong with missing ingredients. We’ve never had a bad experience but tonight it seemed like they could just not get it right. I ordered a chicken club with no tomato and got a chicken club with no avocado and all the tomato instead. We also got a side salad with the tomatoes (when we asked for none) but no dressing. The patty melt had the cheese but no grilled onions. The dressing for the chicken nuggets was missing and we were overall disappointed with tonight’s visit. They even double checked the bag and said it was all good when we had to remind them there was a drink with the order. We’ll be back hopefully for a better experience.

They don’t even deserve a 1….maybe a -50 would be more accurate.My chicken sandwich was raw, the chicken was pink, Misha the manager in Layton Utah didn’t even know how to give me a refund and told me to check in 7 days??! They were so far behind they were rushing food out and they are going to make someone seriously sick! I will never go there again.

Specifically asked for a well done burger and it was not cooked all the way. They redid the burger per my order and it was completely wrong with what I had asked for to be on it.
My order was cancelled after an hour of waiting. I drove to the store to get clarification for the aweful service.
The manager on site said they gave the order away and told the dashers to cancel the order. Each dasher waited 10 mins. I doubt his story.
I then asked so Im supposed to be out, waiting for over an hour to get absolutely nothing because he gave the order away? He responded with he was not going to remake the order as he has a bottom line to worry about.'
I have managed for years. That, is the last thing you tell a paying customer. I will NEVER spend my money here again.
I see why the lobby was empty.
