I really do appreciate the new manager of this store. She's extremely polite and caring and does everything within her power to get situations fixed on time. The store smells so amazing every time I stop by for my order. There's been some great improvements from what I have observed from the past.
Great cookies. I'd say they rival crumble cookie. Each place has some that are better than the other. One thing i think crumble is better about is that their cookies come out warm. These cookies seem like they had been thawed from the freezer the night before. With that said, take them home, pop them in the oven or airfryer briefly, and they are awesome. Mainly talking about the chocolate chip. The lighter ones like lemon with icing on it etc, don't want to cook icing.
Drinks are pretty good. I'm not a huge fan of exotic mixer sodas. But out of the 5 we have tried we did enjoy 2 of them. I think the others were for the younger crowd that like the excessively sweet drinks.
Service has always been kind and on top of things. No complaints about service!
Usually they are great!! But no ice in my drink today!!! I could 😢
We went through the drive thru and were greeted by a pleasant, cheerful teen.
We ordered 4 cookies, all of which were delicious! The missing star is due to 2 errors in communication and only getting one of the correct cookies in our order.
What we ordered:
1. Peanut butter cookie
2. Coconut twisted sugar cookie
3. Oatmeal chocolate chip cookie
4. Caramel cookie
What they typed and stuck to the inside of the box:
1. Twisted sugar cookie
2. Lemon raspberry
3. Oatmeal chocolate chip
4. Caramel
What we received:
1. Coconut
2. Lemon raspberry
3. Oatmeal frosted with cookie butter I think?
4. Caramel
I think if the order was repeated back to us, it would have removed most of these issues. Or the menu could number the cookies, so we could order a #5 or something like that. Again, everything was delicious, and we're happy with what we got. But we'd still like to try what we actually ordered sometime.
The best cookies and drinks out there. Friendly staff also.
Come and enjoy
Great spot that's sometimes overshadowed by Fizz or Swig. Not recently but in the past have had ordered doer and sugar free bur we were given regular
The drinks and cookies are good. Strongly suggest the voodoo. The atmosphere is a little rundown.
You need to adjust the advertising of your closing time. I came thru Drive Thru at 8:40. Closing time said 9. It took 5 minutes for an employee to come and say you were closed for the night.
Waited 10 minutes in line just to find out you can’t get gift cards at this locations. You have to go to the Ogden one.

Great glutenfree options
Great place to meet an interesting woman
I would think the cookies I bought would be BAKED. All 3 are ice cold & have the texture of fudge. Disgusting!

They have such amazing customer service here! They sealed my drink and cookie with these cute little stickers so the drink wouldn’t spill which was so nice! It really feels like they love their jobs and the customers. This is the place to come for drinks and cookies!
