The food is great and the portions are perfect. The ribs are finger-licking good and the brisket is phenomenal! Steve and his wife are the nicest people and I've enjoyed getting to know them. The store/kitchen is not what you would call traditional, but don't let that fool you. If you are looking for good, reasonably priced "home-style" cooking, you will love this place. If you are in the military, a veteran, a first responder, or a TEACHER they give a 10% discount. This food is not batch made and is made with care and love.

Pulled pork just tasted like crock pot pork shoulder. Mac and cheese was rewarmed in a microwave. I had hoped for smoked meat and creamy mac and cheese.

Steve knows how to make a excellent rack of ribs. We got both the deep fried and regular, both were phenomenal but the deep fried was out of this world. Our sides were just as amazing we got the coleslaw, baked beans, green beans and Mac n cheese, and they threw in some stellar corn bread muffins. You can feel the passion behind each and every dishes.

Ribs were tender, BBQ sauce was flavorful, corn bread was outstanding, so were the beans! It was a ton of food...plenty of leftovers. They are carry-out only, but everything is homemade and so worth it. — at Uncle Steve's Q's 2. It is located next to Fresh Market.

Just had this for the first time and I am so happy about it. The brisket had so much flavor and they even threw in some pulled pork and that was killer too! The sides were awesome too! The Mac and Cheese had my heart fluttering. I highly recommend this place plus the owners were great people to talk to and very passionate about their food. 5 stars!
