The manager that night, an older woman, came out with the correct order and gave me some coupons as an apology. Super chill people and awesome management. Filthy. NO OTHER customers in the plane or at the drive thru. Both high chairs were dirty, floors have sticky spots all around bathroom door was covered in greasy fingerprints. They said they couldn't make a grilled chicken sandwich, told us the only grilled chicken was the wrap...Soda machine was out of most options and the only low/no calorie option available was peace tea...

This Wendy's is one of the worst for service. The people themselves are nice and great. However im always missing stuff in my order or they just get my order wrong. Inside their machine is always out of Coke Zero. The food is good. Just service could be better. And if you go to sit down you'll be waiting for someone to take your order forever.

Went there on Frosty day where I was supposed to get a free frosty. We clearly explained to the attendant that we were there for the free frosty. He said we have to spend a dollar to get them. Thatâs all. We ordered a beverage and two small Frosties. When we got to the window we were asked for $12. It turns out the Frosties we ordered are not included in the free offering. That was no explained to us earlier even though we told the person 3 times. In clear language that we were there for the free Frosties. Never going to a Wendyâs again. And BTW, the Frosties were absolutely terrible in taste and texture.

Me and my girlfriend were here about 5 pm and we were shocked how kind, welcoming and efficient Kayla and Michelle were at taking our order and helping us. It seemed like they were slammed and a lot of customers were asking a lot of difficult questions and extra requests and they still ended up getting our order as we asked with good quality and a good attitude. We just wanted to give a shout to them. And also Kayla or Michell, the older one out of the two came out to apologize to us for something she didnât really need to say sorry for but it was about a recommendation for an ice cream flavor, we just werenât used to being received like that at a Wendyâs and also the younger one was cleaning the restaurant inspire of kids making a mess and it was just amazing to witness the two of them working together and making out experience their wonderful. Props to you guys for having them and thank you for this experience. 10/10
The drive thru guy in this picture was the nicest guy I've every encountered. We had 3 little kids, with 3 special orders and he didn't even make a face when we asked to change this or change that. He was extremely accommodating, nice and pleasant. Because of him I will definetly becoming back to this Wendy's again, mark my words. We even had to return because of a plain burger that wasnt AND they didn't make US feel like the idiots or make it feel like its coming out of their paychecks. GOOD JOB GUYS, KEEP UP THE HARDWORK
