I just had the grosses bacon ate my dogs wouldn't even eat it plus the drive thru guy was a dick and he put my cinnamon buns upside down not cool thay really got bad wow won't eat there again

Jeremy, who says he was the night shift manager, told me there was nothing he could do and hung up on me. They completely messed up my order, and now I’m out the money for the items I paid for. Thanks, Jeremy.
I suggest Wendy’s get new management, or Jeremy undergo serious retraining.

Whoever took my order in the drive through 2/1/25 8pm was so extremely rude with a lot of attitude and it was not okay, I was also made to wait over 8 minutes just to get my order taken

The night manager Scott and the drive thru attendant James messed up my wife and mine order the pictures depict what we got when we first went around the drive thru. We were told that it’s normal for the baconator fires to look this way. They also charged me for buffalo sauce and a 7$ biggie bag and forgot my fires and the buffalo sauce when my wife and I pulled back around they fixed it all and gave it right to us and apologized and admitted they were being lazy. Not exactly what you’d expect from Wendy’s but at midnight it is understandable everyone has bad days.

I have never seen this place overly busy, but I know people in fast food work very hard so I am trying to be graceful..but..I am not going to lie, this is the dirtiest Wendy's that I have ever been to. E V E R Y W H E R E is dirty. Not only that, I am in shock of how I was treated by the manager at this location. He made me and my daughter feel super weird. From the comments to the questions, it was a lot. After we got our food, we went straight back to the car and left. We vowed to never to in there again. But, who doesnt love a Wendys frosty?

Since when did y’all get cheap about remaking food? I come back to get a remake of my biggie bag the sandwich was made wrong and the nuggets were dry I think the only thing worth time was the fries and drink. I only get the sandwich for my remake? like I can’t get a remake for the meal for you guys screwing up my lunch? Should check that policy again thanks

Pretty disappointed. Having to end tonight with cold food because we had to drive to the location to retrieve missing items after doordashing (4 total items missing). Gave us our missing items and hoped we could just get the rest remade (was just a couple burgers) so we could enjoy our food. They offered us a frosty and told us we should order from grub hub instead of doordash as if the issue of us missing food from the enclosed bag that the delivery people can't look in are the issue in this situation. I might be a little over the top here, but we spent a lot of money so we could stay home to enjoy our night and had to drive there anyway to correct the issue.

Really hit and miss here. Sometimes service is fast and the food is hot and great. Other times it takes 30+ minutes to get through the drive thru line and not only does the burger taste a bit funny, but they forgot the sauce for your nuggets, lol.

I don't expect a fancy Michelin Star restaurant when I come here, all I want is a bit more consistency.

I also wish Wendy's as a whole would figure out a way to serve cookies warm and fresh, rather than giving me a cookie that has been sitting in a plastic display box for who knows how long.
