Lots of hair with no protection and had to wait to order and then wait for the food. By the time the food was put on the tray it was cold. The place was not super busy.

I came here late at night, after working a shift I wouldn't normally work. Im going through an extremely rough time personally, and between that and being up late, but the time i made it to the window after placing my order, I was trying to fight it, but couldn't stop the tears. The you g man working the window (pictured in another recent review), Laron, was exactly what I needed! While waiting for my food, he came out to talk to me, asked if he could give me a hug, (something I desperately needed) and tried to comfort me. He is an absolute gem and a huge blessing g to have on your staff. He made my night and I just want to recognize him and say thank you!!!!!

Went through the drive thru and ordered a big bacon classic combo and baconator fries. Got home and had no bacon on the big bacon classic and the baconator fries were literally just cold fries with unmelted shredded cheese thrown on top. Most disappointing meal I have ever gotten from there.

I placed a mobile order and they said their app system was down. The reason I ordered on the app was for my rewards. They said I could cancel my order and place it again at the window. I did that, but then they said they were unable to give me the discount that I would have gotten from my app rewards. Not a great customer experience. Do better

I will never go back to this location after watching a manager treat an employee the way he did. What’s sad is I saw the employee do nothing wrong. The manager was on a power trip. Be aware of this place.

We ordered 1 breakfast croissant and 2 orders of the seasoned potatoes. We sat in the drive through line for 27 minutes along with 2 other cars. It was ridiculous.

Place was a mess with flies everywhere and most tables had left over food. Staff was no where to be found and food was cold. Really gone downhill since new management took over.

The last time I went to Wendy's in syracuse I ordered from the drive through menu. I ordered 2 egg and cheese biscuits and 2 sausage and cheese bisquits. The owner spoke only a few words of english but said no cheese. Cheese would cost extra. I said I'm just reading from the menu. When I got home I had 4 sausage bisquits with no cheese. I decided I will not go to syracuse Wendy's again.
I recently stopped at Wendy's in Layton. I went inside. The guy taking my order spoke some english but not well. I ordered 2 egg and cheese bisquits, 2 sausage and cheese bisquits, and two potatoes wedge packs. When I got home I again had 4 sausage and cheese bisquits to go with the potatoes. No egg and cheese again! While I was waiting for my order the only other client returned a wrong order. Lol. I guess I should be grateful that I got cheese this time. When I called to complain my message went to voicemail and the voice mailbox is full. I tried to call several times and went directly to a full voice mailbox every time. Go figure. Lol.
I won't be going to Wendy's again. I don't recommend you do either, but if you do I hope you like all sausage. If you want cheese with your sausage go to layton and skip syracuse. Lol.

It was good, except that on my chicken BLT, they only put on lettuce, but no bacon or tomato.

Boujee On a Budget

One time I went, I had to wait a long while for my food because they had made the wrong thing. I don't blame them one bit, it was late at night and I've worked fast food before. The manager that night, an older woman, came out with the correct order and gave me some coupons as an apology. Super chill people and awesome management. The way she stopped this coupon from expiring is so funny, I love telling the story behind it 😂

Filthy. NO OTHER customers in the plane or at the drive thru. Both high chairs were dirty, floors have sticky spots all around bathroom door was covered in greasy fingerprints. They said they couldn't make a grilled chicken sandwich, told us the only grilled chicken was the wrap...Soda machine was out of most options and the only low/no calorie option available was peace tea...
