Tonight (4/15/2024) I went through the drive through around 7pm and ordered a meal and some chicken nuggets. Normally we are asked if we’d like a sauce to go with the nuggets. We weren’t so when I got our bag I checked. There wasn’t bbq sauce (sometimes it’s just thrown in wether asked or not) so I got the ladies attention by saying “excuse me” then asking for a bbq sauce. SHE ROLLED HER EYES AT ME! My 7 year old in the back seat AND my 10 year old in the front both at the same time said “did she just roll her eyes at you?” YEP for no reason at all other than she felt the need to be rude. Good example of customer service when even my younger children pick up on it. So rude!

We get food here often. Nearly always drive-thru. Wendy's has great burgers, salads, and the best fries in fast food! Baked potato with chili & cheese is great also. And don't forget their Frostys!!

The staff was a bit overwhelmed, apparently they had multiple people call in. However the cashier Eric helped me out and was very nice and attentive. Leaving a good review just because of him.

I ordered a single patty, Son of Baconator. Nearly $7 and it looked pathetic. I can't believe I paid that much for a smashed bun with barely anything on it. Wish I could share a photo.

Absolutely awful. Our fries were cold. The soda tasted weird. We got the wrong sandwich. Frostys, half melted. No spoons, or barbecue sauce. Not worth the money we paid. We now know why the McDonald's line was wrapped around the building compared to the miniscule line this Wendy's had.

Unfortunately, its quality has dropped a lot in everything.
The lady was in such a rush and wasn't the nicest. Customer service means being patient and not saying oh my God when she's frustrated because she's in such a rush. Even if your short staffed ut aims gonna help any to rush and have the chance to mess up on the order. God bless you

Food was good. Great deal with the biggie bags, also had a free Dave's Single from T-mobile and a frosty from one of their keychains. Friendly staff, quick service.Parking: Small parking area, but you can usually find a spot fairly easily. Most use the drive thru.
