I went in after going through the drive through to get some bacon fries that ended up being hard and cold and the cheese being gross and stale so I went in for a replacement when I received my replacement it was even worse than the first ones I got and so I just took them and left I will never being coming back to this Wendyâs ever again

I miss the old wendys where everything was moderately fresh.
Now days, you're lucky if it hasn't been in the heating lamp for several hours.
Chicken, always dried, bland, tough.
Fries, Cold.
The only thing not messed up is machine made (frostys and soda). And generally chili since that's more forgiving before it's gone bad, but toppings (onions and cheese) as well as the condiments, and crackers, are often forgotten, even if specified on the order. This is the case with most/all wendys. Hope they clean up their act at some point.

They locked the lobby 2 hours before close, and when I have a bunch of teens trying to pay for their food drive thru isnât gonna work. Very unprofessional and honestly this isnât the first time the workers and service has been awful at this location. I would highly recommend literally any other Wendyâs to this one truly just a lack luster crew who work here and management that doesnât seem to care.

Guy named Tyler didnât give us a spoon or any ranch with our order. Told me to vacate the drive through and that he would have to charge me for ranch.

This has to be the fastest Wendy's I've ever been to. I ordered 2x and both times they had my custom orders within about a minute. They were hot and completely accurate.

I dropped my frosty down the stairs. The lid stayed on and nothing spilled. 10/10 will frosty again.

The experience of my children having a visit with there dad at your facility and your cashier has the ability to joke and attempt to get there dad to let them work there as slave labor so truly disgusting and disrespectful I mean is that how you want your restaurant represented

This was my first time ordering from this Wendyâs location. They open at 6am, I ordered at 8am. They told me they didnât have any chicken or any potatoes. Said they were waiting on the grill to heat up. I end up ordering sausage biscuits instead. I pay, then was told they did not have any biscuits and I would need to wait until they cook some. What the heck is going on here! I would have just cooked at home if I was going to have to wait this long anyways.

I had a pretty frustrating experience at this Wendyâs. I tried to use my rewards, but the person at the window refused to accept them for some reasonâno real explanation, which was annoying. After I paid, I was told there would be a 10-minute wait for my food. Not ideal, but it was late, so I let it go.
While I was waiting, I watched employees yell at people who tried to enter the dining roomâeven though it was still technically open (about 10 minutes before closing). The overall vibe was that nobody wanted to be there or do their job. Really disappointing service all around. Wonât be rushing back.

The first time I came here the employee taking my order in the drivethru was very rude. I gave it a month and went back today.. we ordered 3 brownie batter frosties. Two chocolate base and one vanilla. I got two vanilla and one chocolate all with Oreo. The order taker was carful to get it right and repeated my order back to me but I didnât realize they made it wrong until I got home.
I like to have my food in the dining room, so I can one watch them make it and see it on my tray, vs going through the drive through. I went to the Wendy's on hwy 193 on 26 June 2025 around 930pm to sit down and eat my food once I got it, but the doors were locked. The dinning room was not supposed to be closed until 10 pm. I went around to the drive through, where there was only two vehicles in line and asked why the dinning room or front was closed, the employees, looked confused, so I pull over and the manager whose name was Lisa, came out and said, she closed it because she did not have enough employees, but I seen around 6 including her in the store. I than called to get her name to make a complaint and when I told her why I wanted her name, she said that she had two new people so, she couldn't leave the dinning room open. This is the fourth time that I have issues over the last 3 months with this particular location and I have decided to no longer go to a Wendy's establishment. There are two many other restruants you can go to, where you don't have to deal with non customer service atmosphere.

Thank you, Wendy for offering breakfast items. But, I truly believe that you should offer some condiments like strawberry jam or grape jelly that I was told if they don't offer those things with the sausage biscuit or any other breakfast sandwich. I guess I will go back to McDonald's because they do have those simple condiments thank you
