The food here has gone downhill over the past few years, and the prices keep going up. The chicken nuggets are horrible. Overpriced, small, dry, barely edible. The burgers and fries are smaller, less flavorful, and thrown together. I don't know if this is how all Wendy's operate, but I won't be going back.

My son came in with a $25 gift card. He ordered food which came to 27 something. The guy at the register required him to pay cash up front instead of using his gift card first. He gave him $5 cash and then the guy used the gift card and gave no change resulting in there being $3 left on the gift card. I've never heard of something so stupid

They gave us so many fries and the lettuce looked really fresh and it was fast and it was good and they were super friendly. And it was new years so they had every right to be grumpy but they were so happy and nice even tho they were having to work new years.
Ordered baked potato. No sour cream or butter, forgot utensils too. Sunday Dec 22. 2024. PAY ATTENTION PEOPLE!!

Normally they are great but this time the nuggets were still cooking. Paid and sat at the window and then they opened the window handed us a bag and then gave us a total for ANOTHER PERSONS order the bag they handed wasn’t even ours apparently they thought we had already been told to pull forward… so we pull forward and wait about 3-5 mins and a guy comes out and hands us our 2 drinks no food and said “have a nice night” we proceeded to ask about our food and he genuinely looked confused as if we already had our food. I’m more confused why someone would get told to pull forward for two drinks that were already filled sitting by the window when we pulled up to pay…

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve very been to, it’s convenient to my house, so we kept going back, even after cold food, wrong orders, missing food and super RUDE boy with a ponytail at the widow, horrible customer service at the drive thru! Tonight was the last time we will go back! They over charged me so I had to go in to have it fixed, the store was disgusting, all the kids/boys working there have long hair but no hair nets, and no gloves! I lost my appetite! I would not recommend this location for your meal!
