This has to be, without a doubt, the worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to. I love Wingstop, arguably eat it more often than I should, and this location is the absolute worst. It’s a 50/50 shot on whether or not you’re getting decent wings or wings that are over cooked beyond belief. On top of that, the amount of time you have to wait for your food is insane. Even now, as I type this, I’m still waiting on an order of 10 wings and some fries I put in almost an hour and a half ago. And this isn’t an anomaly by any means. Every time I’ve ordered from this location I’ve waited an absurd amount of time. All of this not even mentioning it’s usually fairly dirty and grimy in the restaurant itself.

Wonderful and prompt service. Fries and chicken sandwiches are at a great price when compared to other restaurants. Their wings are pretty good too and at a decent peice.

We came in and Caylee immediately took our order! Super fast service! Then the food came out and WOW, the food was hot, delicious, and on-point! Wings are okay, but the new sandwiches are a miss. The chicken in my sandwich was drenched in sauce. I wouldn’t order again. Fries were soggy and hardly any seasoning on them.

My husband and I went here because we always wanted to check this place out. First, when ordering our food the employee that helped us asked for our order, which we gave it, but then she asked again as if we didn’t just give it. Second, we got two combos and never received our drinks or sauce, which was our mistake for not checking that, but also we should be able to trust a place in giving our order. The food was okay but seemed as if it was just store bought chicken nuggets and not wings.

I went to Winstop in Layton Utah the one by North Harris Boulevard. It was the Worst wing place ever, service was terrible the cashier was rude and not friendly at all. The place was absolutely disgusting all the tables were dirty, and the drink fountain was very dirty. More than the bad food and service what is really concerning is the sanitary conditions of the place,( I don’t even know how they are still open) through the window you could see the kitchen bowls and walls dripping oil everywhere so filthy. I always go to Buffalo Wild Wings so it was my first time eating at a different one and wanted to give it a try but it was the worst. Please restraint yourself from going at least to this franchise or you might get sick from the filthiness of the place.

Besides the lack of seating and entertainment. The food and service is great. Wings are always made fresh so it takes a minute to cook. But if you have the time it's well worth the extra weight time for delicious wings.

This location sucks. Multiple times we have requested extra crispy and we get wings that are undercooked. One time it was damn near raw. The regional manager (or whatever the tirle was) told us he would refund us. He never did. The next time we were told we would get a complementary re-make, which we saved and tried to cash in today, but somehow thwre was no record of it.
The manager we spoke to today was very nice, and she was not here during our past issues, but she had to inform us that there was no record of our previous orders nor our previous complementary re-make. I told her on the phone "My wife is gonna order online, please make them extra crispy." She said ok. My wife ordered them online and made sure she put in the "extra crispy". When we get them...not extra crispy. Hell, the fries were even undercooked, and they barely had any seasoning on the chicken. This is terrible! I mean, I know this is Utah, but gotdayum, at least try! This is the absolute last time i will ever at at this place.

These guys can have zero orders and it always takes 20-30 minutes somehow. Lunch time takes so long that we stopped going here. Our lunches aren’t long enough. I get a to-go order at 9 pm and it shows a 30 minute wait. after 30 minutes, I see them put my order up so I go in to get it. The main counter guy disappears into the bathroom and 2 other people stare at me from the back while a 3rd girl washes the dishes. I assume side haircut ponytail guy must have been tired from flirting with his boyfriend at mod pizza earlier. I decide to check and see if the order they put out is mine, it is. So I grab it. At this point bathroom clown decides to come out and ask if the order i’m grabbing is mine. I say it is and he tells me not to do that again. You’re welcome to try and stop me next time. Don’t leave the counter if you have an issue with people grabbing their own orders that your co-workers are too lazy to hand out. The food was cold. The corn had barely any seasoning on it. How can you be so lazy that it takes 30 minutes to screw up fried chicken patty and warmed up corn? I get that you’re not very smart and that’s why you work at wingstop…but wow. That’s a level of pathetic I never even knew existed. A group of 12 year olds could do better.
