Every location I pick up GrubHub deliveries has slow and rude service. I'm about to boycott their pickups with how consistently bad Wingstop is customer service wise.

What a gross experience @wingstop has become. The restaurants are NASTY inside and the fries are HORRID. Bring back the OG fries!!! The Belmead, TX location is a mess, the manager doesn't care, the soda machine didn't have any sodas available. There was trash everywhere and the floors were a mess.

Wingstop near me recently changed to non fresh cut cheap hard fries for the same price. Disappointing. Saving money on fries will make them lose customers. Overcooked fries are not a value add

Jade at Wingstop Metrocentre is a poor example of how a manager should handle a situation.
I honestly can’t believe the way I was treated at Wingstop in the Metrocentre. I had just stepped away to use the toilet for a minute, and when I came back, one of the staff had thrown away my drink and the salt I had brought with me.
I was upset, of course, but all I wanted was a simple apology. Instead, the manager (Jade) started talking at me in an aggressive and disrespectful way — staring at my face while speaking to me like I had done something wrong. It felt more like I was being attacked than listened to.
This is not how customers should be treated, especially by someone in a management role. If this is how the shop is run, I really feel sorry for anyone else who has to deal with this kind of attitude.
Some basic customer service training is badly needed here — or at least some respect.

for the North Myrtle Beach location. We went in last night trying to pick food up for the kids. First off the store was filthy. The tables were nasty and the drink counter was soggy and full of garbage. We waited for our food for 40 minutes and still wasn't ready. So we asked for a refund and the manager refused! She said she was too busy with inventory to worry about giving us a refund. I told her we had been waiting near an hour and we needed to get the refund so we can leave. She said nope and if we wanted it we would have to wait longer and she WALKED AWAY!!!! Are you kidding me ?... never had it ever seen such poor management skills .... and I would know I am a manager in a retail store. We kept sending her employees to go retrieve her and she refused to come out. It would have taken all of 2 minutes or less to issue the refund and move on. After constant back and forth she finally came out and gave us the refund but by this time it was well over an hour.
I do not recommend this place to anybody!!!!! I dont see how they can stay in business. That woman has no business being in charge of anything.

we went to the Mt Pocono location tonight had BBQ and Garlic parm wings and Cheese Fries and the wings were actually really good

to whomever reads this DONT EAT FOOD FROM STORE #2838 BECAUSE THEIR STAFF IS RUDE, IGNORANT AND THEY DON'T TAKE THE NECESSARY SAFETY PRECAUTIONS ON SERVICE OR WHEN THEY PREPARE THEIR FOOD AND THE STAFF DON'T SHOW ANY REPSECT FOR PEOPLE'S ORDERS OR THEIR TIME THEY WAITED FOR THEIR FOOD. ALSO MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE BECAUSE WHEN ASKED FOR HE IS HIDDEN AWAY OR ON THE PHONE TEXTING AND LETTING WORKERS WALK OFF THE LINE WHILE THEY ARE ALSO AND THE PHONE WHEN THEY SUPPOSE TO BE WORKING ON THE FOOD OR THE REGISTER. I’m never coming here ever again. This was the worst experience ever. I waiting for almost two hours for 2 hours for 6 pieces combo, 2 hours! The environment was dirty, no ice in the soda machine. The condiment bar was dirty. Even with how long the wait was the employees were taking their sweet time, listening to music in the back. Talking with one another. I understand how busy it can get, I use to work in the food industry, but waiting for two hours is ridiculous. And what is worse is when I went home the wings were tiny. I would like to get compensation because this is unacceptable.
Excellent wings! Better than Buffalo Wild Wings hands down. We catered for my bachelor party and they were fantastic. The blue cheese dressing was the best any of us had ever had!!
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free wings available but have cross contamination. I thought it would make me really sick but it didn’t.

As many others have mentioned, this location is not the best option out of locations nearby. They didn't even season our fries with salt, and many of the wings were the size of quarters, without the adjustment of addition wings. I wish I was kidding.
Don't waste your time here and head over to the one on antelope for far better food quality.
