Casa Tequilana Mexican Cuisine

My son had this place recommended to him so we decided to try it. What a phenomenal restaurant this place is. We will definitely be back. It is quite honestly the best Mexican restaurant that I have eaten at in the states. The only other place I have had this excellent food is in Mexico. My son and I were incredibly impressed! We both HIGHLY recommend coming here. You will not be disappointed. It was well worth the drive for me as I live in St George. (45 min+ drive)

We loved the authentic Mexican vibe here! The bright colors and flags made the whole place feel fun and inviting. The staff were all super friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in, which set a great tone for the visit.

We tried the chicken tacos and the casa birria. Both were really tasty and very filling. The only thing I’d change is the seasoning; everything could’ve used just a bit more salt. I’d recommend adding salt and pepper shakers to the tables, since there weren’t any available when we went.

The chips and salsa were a standout! The salsa tasted incredibly fresh and paired perfectly with the warm, fresh chips. Overall, a great experience with just a small tweak that could make it even better.

We went here in a hungry night and everything was great. The 3 amigos,chips and salsa had great flavors, right spice levels and texture while being healthy and the chips aren’t overly salty. The chicken tacos were great in taste and flavor with the crispy cheese being great, The chicken was also juicy. The Enchiladas was juicy flavorful and great It had a doughy texture but it’s great. The brownie was sweet and tasty and lastly everything was fresh and homemade.

Smothered burrito was the worst food I've ever had at any restaurant anywhere. The seasoning used was unpalatable. I was not able to finish my meal even though I had come in hungry. The atmosphere was unfriendly, we waited a long time for the food even though there were no other customers waiting for a meal. My companions also found their meals less than acceptable. The prices were much higher than expected. If zero were a choice, it would be mine. I certainly will not return.
