We used 1% Fitness for corporate catering at our office. The food was phenomenal!! So many menu options, we loved the variety. Everything was so fresh and tasty. I would highly recommend for your employees. Healthy food at the office was a big morale boost. They even have tasty treats. ???

***I NEVER leave reviews but this one is worth it*** I LOVEEEEEE 1% FITNESS SO MUCH!! I’ve tried all of the meal prep services out there including Factor, Hello Fresh, Trifecta, etc and this is the only one that will let you FULLY customize you meals with your protein, carbs, and veggies INCLUDING the individual portions giving you all the exact macros making it so easy to get the protein and calories you need for you goals. They ACTUALLY focus on high protein/low cal ratio and get between 35-60g protein per meal with calories still at 300-500. They also vacuum seal their meals so they actually last like 2 weeks in the fridge compared to 1 week with homemade or other companies. I normally don’t leave reviews but this place is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I spent weeks trying to find one that let me pick at a decent price and this is the winner. SO TASTY! The owner, Robert, is so sweet too! Can tell it’s a passion of his. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend getting their food if you are focused on your goals but don’t want to have to meal prep anymore after 2 years straight of doing it every week (like me lol). Cant imagine my life without them now honestly.
Other brands feel processed and kinda gross. 1% makes meals that are fresh, tasty, AND make you feel good. Am I a subscriber for life? Uh yeah maybe. Do yourself a favor and try it.
