I have been to other Apollo Burgers and loved the experience and the food. This was our first time at this location and it was not great... I feel bad to leave a bad review, but I would totally not come back to this location. L The place was mostly empty, but all the tables were dirty and the whole time were were there nobody came to clean any. The soda fountain was broken, when I got ice water it just kept streaming out and we noticed them and they just shrugged. The burger patties were all cold, even when other things on the burgers were warm. Like they had all been cooked far in advance and just sitting around till someone ordered a burger. All the other restautaunts in the area were packed with people and had long lines, and we popped into Apollo Burger because we were starving and couldn't wait that long, but the fact it was the only place that was not busy should have been a sign. I am also not at all a fan of the newer Apollo Burgers (such as this one) for dining in as they are terribly uncomfortable on purpose and loud (not because of people or the kitchen, just the cold harsh decorating makes every sound bounce around)

The really need to hire more kitchen help. We waited for 45 minutes everyone else in our group waited 30 minutes and our food was never ready. They looked overworked and stressed out, garbages overflowing you can see the stress in their faces. Apollo burger needs to do better and hire more employees. We ended up just asking for a refund after an hour. I didn’t want to stress them out more.

The food was really good! But this place is extremely poorly managed. On a Saturday night with luminaria going on just down the road, they had three employees running the drive thru and the lobby. In a holiday season, you need more employees. But seriously, props to those guys. They were working their tails off.
They have PEPSI!!! OMG why is that sooo hard to find anymore? Coke?! Wth? What are we supposed to do wth this? Clean rust off our bumpers? I don't get it...

Every Sunday my boyfriend and I go for some shakes, this time we go through the drive thru, it was like 8 at night, they told me that they were no longer selling by the hour and it seems very strange to me because we always pass before they close, and they should sell until closing time, right?, but well, I hope it's not like that every day, because they will lose more customers than they have lost.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Yesterday I went through the drive thru, I just wanted a shake and they told me they were closed, it was only 1 in the afternoon, they should close the store completely if they don't want to work

They don't even want to work anymore, I was late for my work and I went through the drive thru to eat something quickly, and they told me that since they didn't have staff they had the drive thru closed, that they were only attending at the front, what a shame they should be, look for good and hardworking people, it was also at lunchtime, I can't even imagine how many sales they lost

The amount of time I have stood here and waited for a salad is insane. I'm literally the only person in here. Going on 20 minutes. I've watched one of two people in the kitchen stock and prep the entire time. Maybe have a word with the staff about prioritizing?? The only reason I come here is because there isn't an Astro or Crown Burger closer. Apollo is the least fave of all of them since going corporate. Food quality and staffing botb have all been compromised. 👎👎
