Great food. Their Apollo's Fire burger is the bomb. Not only do they put jalapeno rings on it, but they also dice some green chiles up and sprinkle liberally. Well worth it. Their fried zucchini was nice and crispy. Just overall a great meal.

The food is subpar , nothing special like they suggest (best burger in Utah) customer service is easily the worst I’ve ever had. If I could give it negative stars I would’ve, no respect for veterans or older folks. Save your money go to JCW’s which is so much better quality food, better staff, better ambiance, better everything! JCW’s is a 1 minute walk from Apollo burger. I WILL NEVER COME BACK EVEN IF THEY WERE SERVING FREE FOOD. Take it from a local and save yourself the hassle.

Went to this Apollo Burger for the first time. We eat out at other Apollo Burger locations and so we expect a lot more then just hot food. Food was okay, we only saw three employees, severely understaffed. They yelled for us to come get our food. We are used to them brining it to our table. I mean the restaurant looks brand new but the atmosphere was lacking. We will keep going to our 5 star Apollo Burger in Orem.

Swallowed plastic and had tiny and large plastic bits in my shake from Apollo burger. Had to fully swallow one plastic piece because it was stuck so far back. They double cupped my shake, the inside cup has large and obvious puncture going inward and they tried to cover it up/thought we wouldn’t notice. Which I didn’t until I had shards of plastic stuck in my throat. The biggest issue is I had my 4 year old nephew with me and we all got dessert. It easily could have been him instead of me.

You get what you order less than 50% of the time. I’m vegan and yesterday I ordered an impossible burger. She came to the window and asked, you have the impossible burger right? Yes. I get home, and it’s some kind of cheese and onion Burger on dark brown bread. I’ve ordered fries and gotten mozzarella sticks, real meat burgers instead of impossible numerous times. I bet the person that got my impossible yesterday was irked! This has been going on for a long time. I’ve finally learned my lesson and won’t go anymore.

Apollo Burger really surprised me in the best way! The burgers were juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The staff was friendly and quick, and the place had a clean, welcoming atmosphere. I especially liked how fresh everything tasted—from the crispy fries to the toasted buns. It’s rare to find a fast-casual spot that feels this satisfying. Definitely worth the stop if you’re in the area. Will be coming back!
