I waited forever for my food and I only ordered mozzarella sticks and chicken strips. There was only 2 of us in the drive through and pretty much no one in the lobby. I asked the cashier if I can purchase extra sauces and she was rushing me as if they were busy, and said she has given me everything she could. I said but I am asking to buy them, I wasn't asking for them to be free. And she said no and rushed me and said she had to go. Horrible customer service. I'm sure the two sauces won't kill your restaurant, but that horrible service will.

when you go to arby’s, the best part is the sauce, no? we ordered over $100 worth of arby’s, and didn’t get any sauce. should you really have to ask for sauce at arby’s? what am I supposed to dip my fries in? air? oh. and my “large fry” was a 1/4 of the way full. won’t be back to this location.

The place is barely running. The wait times are always slows and they get the order wrong half the time. Seems like their business strategy is to make a couple of incompetent kids run the entire store. If your business is this bad, it should fail

We love Arby’s, but this one is definitely one we’ll skip in the future.
The food was fine, but it took a long time to get our order…longer than what would be considered reasonable. When we arrived there was no one else in the lobby, we ordered, then a couple work crews came in and ordered. We got our food after 7 other people and our order wasn’t large or unusual (2 kids meals and a 4 for $10).
Perhaps the location of this Arby’s is its best feature, but that also lends to it being a fairly busy place…particularly around lunchtime.
Ordered 2 original beef and cheddar. Both made with onion bun, not the sesame seed bun. Also dud not receive any napkins or asked if we wanted any sauces.
