waited 10 minutes only to get told they’re just getting started on my order. left empty handed and asked for a refund. and that was after waiting for the girl at the front to get off her phone. skip this location if you intend on getting to work on time

Quite honestly consistently the most watery off-based I still lattes I've had in my life in Utah. I keep trying them thinking that they have improved and this change just lacks true barista skills. Interior and atmosphere is roomy with booths and that's a plus.

I literally never write reviews but this is actually crazy, me and my friend ordered a shaken espresso hers with no milk substitutions and mine with oat milk. I was told by the barista that for the one with oatmilk, they were out of oatmilk and would just use almond milk instead, she started walking away as I was saying no because I am deathly allergic to almonds. I then said no just regular milk please when she walked back and she looked annoyed. When me and my friend took a sip of our coffee they substituted hers for almond milk without telling her as well. How are baristas just putting in almond milk as a substitution with how many people have nut allergies, and to not say anything but to go ahead and do it is crazy!

I had the most delicious salted carmel hot chocolate here. I love the vibe here and just relaxed for a while. The servers were very good and care about their customers. I will definitely be back!

The food is pretty good, and the drinks are a little pricey. They fired my favorite employee, which made me sad, but the building is always freezing cold. People are always complaining about it, wish it was warmer.

First time in Lehi and first time at Beans & Brews, best latte I've had in a while. And I've heard that the mango smoothie is Amazing ... Just saying.

It’s crazy that at 2 pm on a Thursday the entire lobby is full of people, no seats, long line to order inside and in drive through and there is only one employee working. Sue’s running around doing her best. Management and owners need to change things.

Customer service was terrible. I was charged for an extra drink that I did not order and was not offered a refund. I was told I could take the drink or just leave it. While waiting for our food and drinks the workers were talking about how disgusting and dirty everything was in the kitchen and to top it all off the food was cold. I will not go there again and will make sure no one I know goes there either
