I’m very disappointed with my experience here. The service was poor, and the staff didn’t seem interested in helping customers. I waited for at least 25 minutes for just one sandwich.( B- Eveything) and I noticed that many people who ordered after me received their order before I did, and when I pointed it out to the cashier, she didn’t seem to care. Bad experience :(

Just waited 15 mins for a hot carmelcjello and my husband brought it out and it's completely wrong and cold. No one will pick up the phone so guess I'll charge back because 9 dollars for a coffee that's completely wrong and cold is ridiculous and I never leave reviews but can't get a hold of them

Took SO long when I was the only car in the drive thru, I added a lemon pound cake so that I could use my $3 off a $10 purchase from the app and the girl said she couldn’t find it…I showed her the coupon, she wouldn’t honor it. I’ve had so many problems using the app at this location so I’m not coming here again.

Went to the drive thru and ordered an iced matcha latte with soy. Was told they didn't have soy, so I asked for whole milk. Barista repeated back with oat milk and after I asked again to make it with whole milk, the barista sounded annoyed and said they didn't have that either. Waited longer than needed for 2 drinks, and matcha came clumpy and poorly mixed.

Food was great, Nice seating but we ordered a sandwich and 3 coffees. They took 45 mins to make our coffee and said they forgot?! After it took another 10 mins for the sandwich.

waited 10 minutes only to get told they’re just getting started on my order. left empty handed and asked for a refund. and that was after waiting for the girl at the front to get off her phone. skip this location if you intend on getting to work on time

Quite honestly consistently the most watery off-based I still lattes I've had in my life in Utah. I keep trying them thinking that they have improved and this change just lacks true barista skills. Interior and atmosphere is roomy with booths and that's a plus.

I literally never write reviews but this is actually crazy, me and my friend ordered a shaken espresso hers with no milk substitutions and mine with oat milk. I was told by the barista that for the one with oatmilk, they were out of oatmilk and would just use almond milk instead, she started walking away as I was saying no because I am deathly allergic to almonds. I then said no just regular milk please when she walked back and she looked annoyed. When me and my friend took a sip of our coffee they substituted hers for almond milk without telling her as well. How are baristas just putting in almond milk as a substitution with how many people have nut allergies, and to not say anything but to go ahead and do it is crazy!

I had the most delicious salted carmel hot chocolate here. I love the vibe here and just relaxed for a while. The servers were very good and care about their customers. I will definitely be back!

The food is pretty good, and the drinks are a little pricey. They fired my favorite employee, which made me sad, but the building is always freezing cold. People are always complaining about it, wish it was warmer.
